Runs small! My daughter is consistently between a size 13 and 1, and we had to size up to a 2 for these. The 2 made them a little wide for her narrow heel, but was needed for the length and the strap keeps them in place. Super cute neutral shoe though for the summer to dress up and down.

Fit my daughter's foot length-wise, but the straps are entirely too tall and loose, and she couldn't take one step without them falling off her feet.
