INOV8

Too short, toe is all the way to end. What I’m noticing though is there’s no option to exchange and the shoes have come up $30 since just purchased a couple of days ago. May be returning these & another pair because both are too small, even going up 1/2 size on the other. What’s up with all these reviews saying shoes are too small?

Fit was good had to order 1/2 size up from my normal size 9, but the outer sole at the toe box was really stiff and hurt my toes. Really like the style for a barefoot type shoe but just was not comfortable at the end of my toes

These didn’t fit my foot even after sizing up half a size. The arch support was in the wrong place for me, and the toe box, while wide, didn’t work for my foot— for some reason my big toes felt cramped even though there was room beyond them.

My 12-year-old found these very comfortable with the wide toe bed. Unfortunately, the quality is awful. Holes at each big toe after 8 days of wearing them to school. No major athletic activities, just normal kid life. Junk.

Just got these but for cheapskates like me who want to get the deal, here are first impressions. Roomy forefoot, flexible, comfortable, and cushy. Liner extends high enough that they should be fairly waterproof. About half a size small. 11.5 insole is the same length as 11 Hoka insole.

Tried to may Inov8 work, but I just could not. I have an older pair that I wear all the time, so I was hoping to update them, but no joy. I first tried sizing up to a 12 as recommended but my toe nails would catch on fabric welds inside the toe box. Then i tried the 11.5 (which match my existing shoes), but because there is not enough support on the mid foot, on fast movements my foot would slid forward and smash into the front. Quite painful frankly. I would suggest fixing the mid foot support. The larger toe box is what is most desired, but not at the expense of hold the foot from sliding around.

I have metal keeping both my big toes together so good shoes are a must. I love these Inov8 Roadfly Max shoes. Wide toe box, firm bottom and comfy right out of the box. I haven't had to put in my orthotics yet so that's a huge plus!! They were a little short so I had to go a half size up.

These sneakers looked great but just didn’t work for me. The toe box is wider than I’ve typically seen which was nice, but the toe had a rigid reinforcement that didn’t have any give and my toe pushed up against it. I’m a solid 7.5 but for a size 8 shoe, I expected some wiggle room. The sides were also high and rubbed my ankle. Unfortunately, sending them back.

These run really small. I usually wear a 7 and both the 7.5 and 8 had my toes bumping up against the front of the shoe. There is a piece of plastic on the front of the shoe that makes it feel particularly weird and tight. Otherwise I appreciated the width of the toe box and the aesthetics. Would have loved for them to work out but they just run way too small and fit weirdly.

I have had great success with the older versions of this shoe, know as the G270. The new product is totally untrue to the Inov8 legacy. I tried to honor the brand but this shoe is totally lame and not worthy of replacing the G270. Bad fit in the toe box, bad traction (the G270 had some of the best traction in a trail runner ever). Instant return and shame on Inov8 who only supports one person as a rep state side. You could tell they also think inv8 needs to go back to their roots. Dying on the vine

Inov8 for the win again! I bought these for my husband for an improved walking shoe (mostly trails), great quality and comfortable. This is his 3rd pair and I'm still just as happy. Cannot recommend enough!

Purchased these to use during workouts which include mostly weight training, some cardo, and some plyometrics. They're a lightweight, grippy shoe that is relatively low cost for the performance and that is ok for that task. I'm mostly, but not entirely, pleased with them. My only real dissatisfaction is that the sole is a bit too sloped and narrow (I've included a photo or two). If your training involves a lot of side-to-side jumps and turns, then the slightly narrow bottom and sloped sides/outsole/midsole might be just what you want. If you intend to use these for more weight training and want more stable ground contact for that purpose, then you might want to look at other options or even go with a straight lifting shoe. I would not use this shoe for running/jogging unless you're doing something like mixing short sprints in with other exercises. These wouldn't be comfortable for a long run and might beat your feet up a bit. So, to wrap up, I think this shoe makes some compromises to be an ok all-around workout shoe, but be cautious with this purchase if your workouts focus heavily toward a specific type of training. Oh, and heed the warnings about these being a half-size smaller than listed. I've worn a 10.5 men's shoe for decades, and I ordered a 10.5 in this shoe. The 10.5 fits, but juuuust enough that I haven't worried about dealing with a return. If I was to order these again, I'd order the size 11.

I wear a 9-9.5 in normal shoes but always wear 10 in running shoes. These were at least 2 sizes too small. Order 1-1.5 larger if you like these.

These shoes work well for my child. The only downside is the white shows dirt easily.

Definitely runs small - I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and needed a 10.5. That said, the 10.5 was perfect and great for someone looking to transition to zero-drop shoes but not ready to fully pull the trigger.

There is a ridge of material in the toe box that my toe nail would catch. Ugh

My third pair of INOV8 shoes for working out and this is my least favorite but it will do. The minimal style is....okay. I would prefer more support.

Shoes feel great as I'm breaking them in. Have not gotten to hike in them yet but expect them to do well in place of my outgoing Inov_8's.

Loved this shoe in black...unfortunately Zappos sent me the white pair actually counterfeit, not Innov8! So not cool!

These were so comfortable and definitely feel like specialized shoes for gym-based training. Felt incredibly grounded - perfect for squats or lifting. Really supportive in the heel. Unfortunately the sizing is way off. I'm usually 8.5 or 9 wide, and 9.5 fit well in another Inov8 model (the F-Lite). I'd have to size up to a 10 in the F-Lite Max.

They’re cute. They look like exactly what I’m gonna need for the gym but they definitely run small. I say a half size small.

Way too small. I went a half size up and still felt like I was wearing my kids’ shoes.

this is a great looking shoe and a durable shoe to work out in for cross training and running. This is the second time I purchased this shoe; but the first time I ordered them from Zappos. The shoe looks good runs true to size and feels good on your feet as well.
