I ordered a half size up and they fit well. The velcro is very strong. The shoes are very attractive and stylish. I just didn't care for the way they look on my feet, the straps looked too large and clunky and the grey color didn't work with my skin tone.

So cute and foot bed was comfortable. But with the toe strap, it was too short. And the straps were too wide to go a size larger.

The sandals were fine the problem was my foot is very narrow, and it fitted me very loose plus I like buckle fasteners not Velcro.

The style is beautiful, however, the sandal runs very large. Despite going by the size chart, the shoes were an entire size too big. They also run wider at the toe box, but a bit too tight if you have high arches.

I hesitated for a long while bc I prefer leather as it lasts. Decided to bit the bullet. The fit is great. Comfort is there. Still wish they were leather but could find this cute style in leather. (toe loop & back strap)

These shoes are comfortable. They have a cushioned footbed, soft leather upper and the cut is nice that you don't feel like you have to curl your toes to keep them on. I would not say they have any arch support but still comfortable enough. My foot runs a little bit on the narrow size and I while I wouldn't describe these are cut narrowly, they stay on well.

I considered returning for a half size down due to the very large width of this sandal. Consider adding another hole to the strap so they could be tightened. I dont think going down a half size would have helped and my toes would hang off so I’m keeping them and hopefully they work out.

The top strap of these shoes was far too big for me so they didn’t really fit right. I didn’t think about the fact that it would be a Velcro closure and not that adjustable.

I am normally between an 8-1/2 and a 9, and the 8-1/2 in these fit like a glove. My feet are slightly wide, but not wide enough for a wide shoe, and these were just right. The footbed is so comfortable and my foot didn’t hang over at all. I also have slightly flat feet and sometimes shoes with “good” arch support press too hard on my arches, but these were perfect, supportive, but not like walking on a tennis ball. Very comfortable!

I really wanted to love these. Nice style, good arch support and true to size. Unfortunately, the elastic in the back strap meant my heel slid when walking. Figured that if it slid now, the issue would only get worse when the shoes stretch over time. Disappointed and returning.

Love the metallic color. It’s a great neutral. These are comfortable and the heel is low enough to be comfortable but still give you some height. Arch support and padding is not as pronounced as in other Sofft shoes I’ve had, but it’s adequate. I am between an 8-1/2 and a 9 generally, and I need a 9 in these.

I am always on the lookout for cute summer shoes that provide arch support. I have worn these several times and find them to be very comfortable and supportive. They are lightweight too. I plan to wear these on a trip to London this summer.

The shoe is too wide for my foot which is a B width. Could tighten in one direction but not width. Need to return.

The sandals are so comfortable, great arch support, love the hook and loop straps for adjustable comfort.

Think twice if you’re going to wear these shoes in a quiet environment. They look good but squeak terribly - it’s almost embarrassing.

These were cute but I could hear the heel zipper flop around when I walked. I wanted a bit more heel. Returned

They were too wide for me and my feet did not sit centered on the sole.

This sandal fits comfortably with no binding or rubbing. It’s the perfect blend of casual yet dressy style that is comfortable enough to wear all day. I love the colors and woven bands.

I really like the color and feel of these shows, but they feel tight across the toes. I usually wear a 7M and that's what I ordered, but they are a bit tight so I'll be returning them for now.

Really liked style of shoe but gap at the heel (hence 1/2 size to large) but across the small toe a pinch. Even if they stretch at top, afraid I would slip out of the shoe due to gap at heel. Returned.
