I have attempted to buy this particular pair of Converse three times now...I just love the color. And twice, I ordered size 9 women's and twice, was sent size 10.5 women's. So I called customer service, the young lady was super nice, said she would contact the warehouse, and then gave me a $20 voucher for my inconvenience. How nice! So, I ordered again, a third time...I ordered size 6.5 men's, which is an 8.5 women's ...thought I'd try this size since I am between sizes, and since there seems to be an issue with the size 9 women's. Nope...didn't work. This time they sent me a pair of size 9.5 Men/11.5 women (at $20 discount) OMFG! Ok, Zappos! I give up! And If you, a customer, are reading this and wind up successful with your purchase of these great colored Converse in your size, consider me quite jealous because I really really wanted a pair of my own, too...but it wasn't meant to be. And I'm off again to UPS to return yet another pair.

Great looking shoe, love the suede touch on the upper, and SO nice to finally find this model in size 15. However, YOU SENT ME A SIZE 9 !!!! Not EVEN close! Please check you shipments better.

Super cute shoes for this Gen X mom of two. Bought these for our star wars night at disneyland. Wore them a couple of times. Super comfortable, stylish for me, the width is a little bigger on the hightops than the low chucks which I liked. No toe rubbing. Would buy again.

Too big

These are the most comfortable Chucks I have ever owned, and I had no issues with getting the right size! The insoles are even removable if you need to use an orthotic. I wish they came in a leather version.

Fit was ok...kinda wide. material didn't flex very well

These sure don’t last like they used to. I ordered my first pair from Zappos mid December 2025 and had to replace them by February 2026. It’s the second of April and I’m replacing them again. I love the look and the style but it’s starting to feel like a waste of money.

Fit was OK but the soles are too soft and spongy making it difficult for me to walk

I ordered a women’s 8 and was sent a women’s 10. So I returned it and tried again, ordered a women’s 8 and received a women’s 10. I see other reviewers have had the same issue. I give up as well. Too bad it is so hard to get the correct size.

Shoes appeared to be well made. I ordered a size 16 M and was sent a 7.5 M. HOW COULD YOU DO THIS???-WARPED SENS OF HUMOR? I ORDERED THE LARGEST SIZE YOU SELL AND YOU SENT ME THE SMALLEST. SO DISAPPOINTED.
