Looks great, high quality - may need to size down if the back is rubbing. Was surprised I had to size down from usual 9 in flats to an 8.5 which is perfect (and will stretch a tad due to materials).

I wear a size 8 and on occasion will require a size 8 1/2. I ordered a size 8 and my heel slipped out on both feet with each step. The fit was definitely uncomfortable and it felt like I was wearing cardboard shoes. Will not be ordering any more Birdies.

Unless you have a HUGE heel and really wide foot, don't buy these. Too much trouble to return, so bought another style from Zappos.
