I started wearing Vans in the 90s and have always loved them. The style, the comfort, the quality, always the best. Now I get to share that with my son, and he's already a fan as well! Nothing beats the classic checker pattern.

Usually my kid opts for black on black. I got these for him hoping he would try something new. Guess what?! HE LOVES THEM! Just a teensy bit of unique style added, and it was well worth it!

This is not the first pair of Old Skool Vans I've purchased because they're the perfect everyday sneaker. These will be a great refresher for fall. The color is a cool icy blue. In yellow lighting it looks a little lavender so just beware of that. #sweepstakes

Can't have enough. I'm 77 and Vans are still my fav...have been wearing them since I bought them for my daughter in 1st grade! Styles for every generation. The comfort is always the best, quality always the best...new styles all the time. Get a pair and you'll wear Vans forever!

I just bought a pair of these and I love them!
They remind me of the sneakers I wore when I was a kid. I love the cool breathable canvas material. I love the thick firm gum rubber sole that slip resistant on my tile floor that are no nonsense near zero drop soles. They lace up light on my feet that allows no wiggle room. I'm an elderly man with balance problems so they allow me to walk with confidence. Glad I finally found the perfect sneakers. What's not to love about them!
