Hey Zappos, I ordered a new pair of shoes — not whatever mystery pair you pulled from the back of a return bin. Not only are they the wrong shoes, but they’re used. Like someone clearly took these out for a spin, decided they weren’t it, and y’all thought I wouldn’t notice? I ordered fresh. You sent funk. Let’s fix this ASAP. I want the right pair, brand new, untouched, and shipped with a little more care than whatever that mess was. Waiting on your move.

THE WHITES - 2 PAIR OF 10.5 S IN MENS - one pair had 2 differnt soles - they were 2 different shoes - and 1 shoe was defective missing cloth padding on the heel. unlike all other colors which have padding on the heel - the 2nd pair were both defective agin missing the fabric from the heel - so just a foan/rubber with exposed stiching that wouould blister your heel if you tried to wear it

Very comfy and super cool yellow color. For spring and summer the best because they are light weight and can breath. Easy to wear and style.

The 9 1/2 size fit exactly like the size 9 (too small).

I love the colour, it’s very comfortable and true to size. For reference, I’m a standard size 10W in Nike and ordered a size 10W.

Owned multiple pairs of the original UltraRange and loved them, but newest model was a big disappointment. Still love the style, but arch support was pretty much non-existent and the padding below the foot also seemed much less than before. Definitely not the shoe it once was unfortunately.

Weird fit overall and smaller than the same size in the Rapid Weld 1. The toe felt really narrow and not high enough. RW1 was an awesome shoe! Unsure why they would change it so drastically - including the sizing.

Bring back the originals. These 2.0 are no good.
