Inner sole not fully attached caused discomfort.

i purchased these for my son for a xmas present to replace the exact same pair that was worn out. they were exactly as expected and as usual zappos was easy to deal with and everything was as promised as far as delivery etc.

Overall fit, comfort, appearance and quality are good. Surprised to see that the entire shore wasn’t the color specified. Needs improved arch support and heavier sole and a bit more heel.

Sperry always ran large. Not these shoes. They are way too small for my tween- and way too narrow. They are well made but back they go.

Fit and size not a 9.5 M more like 10 W

Customer ordered 13W WIDE. No indication on shoe or box that shoe width was wide, and since customer found it noticeably narrower than past Sperry topsiders he has purchased (each of which was clearly marked 13W), he assumes this pair is a regular width. So it goes back to Zappos.

The product was returned because the picture on the web site is inaccurate. The picture shows a two hole slip on and the shoes is a two hole tie.
