Listen to the directions about sizing. I have a mens 13 shoe size and I gotta say they are so comfy and without a doubt give the stabilization you need in any lift. It even helped me on overhead pressed and staying still. Any machine or barbell use of the bottoms of your feet you will see and feel the difference. Amazing product, this isnt glazing btw.

Strange feel at first, but immediately noticed positive affect on my workout. Only wear in gym and approaching one month of use now.

The shoe fits like a sock and has good spacing for your foot. Not ideal basketball shoe but definitely a great cross training shoe that allows your foot to act naturally
