Great shoe

Size half up. They feel great with all different work outs in crossfit.

Very comfortable. Wide base. Awesome colors. Very supportive. Great to workout and lift in!

I have trained in several shoes but the TYR CXT-2 Carbon Elite has definitely jumped to my all time favorite.

Little narrow but great shoes

I have cxt 1,cxt2 and this is my 7th TYR Shoe. With the carbon plate and the extra foam this has a pop and is more comfortable in running than the older versions. It fits very snug/secure and is good when you have to do lot of agility moves once you break into it. However the fitting is little snug than the older versions. If anyone likes the traditional fitting I would advise to go up half a size. I have tried NoBull, Nike Metcon but Overall I think TYR is the best for functional/crossfit training. It not only looks cool but they have thought out every detail in thier design even considering rope climbing, hand/wall stand, hip dips, etc

Ive had these shoes for several months now, and I can honestly state that they are probably the best CrossFit/cross training shoe Ive had and Ive used every shoe since the very first nano. not only that but they definitely are a great shoe if you have plantar fasciitis. Helps a great deal. I went with my true running size which is about a half a size larger than my foot size. However, you might want to consider a half size up from that. Love these shoes.

AI told me the size is . 5 bigger than my other TYR shoes. However, I think its a little bit big. Other than that, I like the shoes since its more stable when I lift the weights than CXT-2. (I also like CXT-2).

I really like these shoes, but they run a tad small. I wish I had ordered a 9 instead of an 8. 5. They fit and work well and are comfortable, but a half a size up would make them a bit more comfortable. Even so, I love everything else about them.

Very comfortable and well made

These shoes are the perfect combination of support and cushion. Excellent for weightlifting and HIIT workouts.
