I really wanted to keep these beauties for an evening summer wedding, but the heel height was just a bit too high to be comfortable and secure on my mid-fifties feet. Otherwise, comfortable, high quality, and excellent fit

These shoes had been returned and a note placed in the box, stating a "wrinkle" in the fabric. The shoes not wrapped in tissue paper, just the shoes. I expect more from Zappos.
