There was a note from Zappos that said these boots run very small and to order a full size up. The example was to order size 9 if you usually get a size 8 shoe. This was most certainly NOT my experience. They seemed to run true to size.

This was the perfect fit for someone with a high instep. The zipper on one side plus elastic buttonholes on the other provided enough give to get my foot in.

Very comfortable right out of the box. No need for a break-in period. Stylish with just enough of a heel to look great with jeans or skirts.

The Zappo's website advises "this item runs small - order one size larger". I did that and found that the shoe was way too big. Am exchanging for my typical size. The shoe is stylish and I look forward to getting the pair I'm exchanging for.

The shoe is gorgeous. Nice supple leather and feminine heel. Feels good on the inside and has moderate support. Delivery was faster this time on the new size. Unfortunately I needed a smaller size in a wide. I found it in another store and the fit is perfect now. Sorry that Zappos didn't have my size at the time.

Nice soft leather. Stylish. Wore for 5 hours straight out of box with no problem. I got wide to accomodate my problematic toes. It's a little wide in the heel, but I used some padding and it did the trick. The best thing is it has a zipper and also 2 buttons on the other side, which makes it easier to put on if you have high arches like me.

Gorgeous bootie! So well made and elegant. Unfortunately, the length of the shoe and dimensions of shoe box don't work with the shape of my foot. I have to return these beautiful things.

I ordered these in the same size and width as my other two pairs of Cobb Hill booties and these were comically large, especially width wise. Didn’t even come close to fitting. I double checked the size on the box and the shoes to be sure I wasn’t sent the wrong pair. Returning

Loved the boots however; the heel was too wide and my foot kept coming up.

Great styling, the leather seemed very supple right out of the box and toebox and mid foot very comfortable. Unfortunately, the heels were too wide, even in the narrow size that I purchased.

Super comfy, well made. The front is a little plain so can't be worn with skirts/dresses but look great with jeans

based on recommended one full size larger, I still ordered only 1/2 size larger because it came in wide (which I need) and felt it RUNS LARGE overall. I think 1/2 size larger should only feel longer and not necessarily larger overall but this felt huge. I do not recommend sizing up. I ordered more boots so if they do not work out I will reorder this in normal width in my normal size instead of wide and hope for the best. Nice shoe, somewhat soft leather, rounded toe.

Too wide

Beautiful leather. Classy boot. Not pleased with an uncomfortably tight spot over my bunion.

Cute boot, but even the narrow width was too wide for me. Walked right out of the heel. Had to return.

Love the look! However, the boot was not wide enough and I did order a "wide" width. Also, be aware that the height of the boot is short.

I ended up ordering this in a narrow, which I have never done. I am typically standard width. With my thinnest socks, they now will work, along with still needing heel slip cushions. I have worn Cobb Hill for years and have found in the last few, that they have had way too much room in them. The length is still the same, so I can't just order a smaller size. I'm super disappointed about this as they have been my go-to shoes. Some of the ones I tried before these do not come in a narrow. Back to these though; they're stunning and I can't wait to wear them!

The boot had soft, beautiful leather, but the fit was too wide for my narrow foot, especially in the heel.

I ordered this boot in two different lengths (7.5 and 7) in a narrow width. I really wanted it to work. The 7.5 definitely slipped on my heel and was too long & the heel was too wide. The 7 was perfect, but apparently hit the joint of my big toe improperly, and made it hurt like crazy. I would say the last or patern of this boot was not made for my foot. Had to return both sizes.
