These are a cute classic ballet flat. Ordered my regular size 8.5 and they were much too narrow for my regular width feet. Also hoped for more arch support from Ecco.

The color and toe on these are perfect! Sadly, I just need a bit more width. Also, I ordered my usual size and they ran a bit long. Alas, the search goes on!

I really wanted the Margot plain ballerina flat, so I ordered it. Zappos sent the Margot flat, not the Margot plain flat. I returned the wrong shoe, and re-ordered it. Wrong shoe sent again. Called customer service, and the representative checked the availability of the plain flat, and since it was in stock, we processed an exchange. The shoe came again today---it was the Margot flat again. I give up. Zappos usually stellar service has let me down.
