Feels very cushioned and comfortable. True to size, back strap velcro adjustable.

One heel strap was 1 inch too big on my heel while the other shoe fit perfectly. There way no way to make the heel strap any tighter. Obviously a heel strap for a larger shoe size had been attached to this shoe. I guess shopping at Zappos is like shopping at an outlet mall-you never know what you’re going to get. You have to watch out for flaws in the merchandise.

Just didn’t fit my foot right. Placement of front of shoe wasn’t comfortable for me. Too bad because they are very cute.

I'm very happy with the comfort and style of these shoes. Easy to walk in and true to size. Wore them all day with 2+ mile of walking and didn't even notice. They are informal in appearance due to the white sides so they may not be best for a formal occasion.

Shoes are comfortable and fit my feet.

Can't answer, because I could not get shoes on since they were too narrow.
