This is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes i've worn during my 66 years on the planet-lightweight and truly waterproof! will probably get a second as often when i find great shoes and wear them out, they are no longer available.

Comfortable shoes, but they sound like a crinkly bag when I walk. I thought it would go away, but 2 months later I can still hear it.

Nice kix, but not quite exactly what I hoped for. Toe box is a mite narrow for me, but I couldn't tell that til i wore the shoes for a few days. Not a gripe against the shoes, but my arthritic old feet have very specific needs.

Great fit, great support, bizarre choice in material over the toe box (for waterproofing?) The crinkly material over the toe box makes it sound like you're stepping on candy wrappers. Maybe over time this would settle down, but I'd rather not have people stare at my feet as I walk around. Sending back.

very wide toebox, i bought 11W normally, I wear a 10 1/2 but plan to be hiking with medium to heavy wool socks, and the 11 is perfect Felt extremely comfortable right out of the box, I have hiked 4 to 9 miles a day with about 20 pound backpack and these shoes had no hotspots or uncomfortable areas, even though they are waterproof they're not very hot on 70 to 80° days

Awesome shoes waterproof and super comfortable

Pretty nice hybrid shoes: they're about half trekking shoe, half sandal, and 100% neither one. Great for spring & summer scouting & hiking. I'll check out the next generation of these, whatever it is.

Very comfy. I got the wide version of these after sending back the HOKA Skyline Float-X that were too narrow.

These are unusually narrow in the wide size. Not going to work for me.

I have owned many Merrell shoes and size 12 W always fit. This shoe was not wide comparatively speaking. It would not provide enough lateral support for trail use.
