I wear a 6W or 6WW... ordered these in a 6W and I could not get my foot into them. The shaft is really narrow and didn't have enough give to let my chubby foot into the boot. The width of the boot footbed seemed fine and looked like it might have been comfortable. Sigh - returning and still on the hunt for flat boots to wear with jeans during the soggy winter in the NW.

The shoes I received were USED- sole exterior pattern worn with rocks embedded. The interior insole pattern was worn off as well. The leather was stained and marred. What the heck, Zappos. Your quality control department failed on this pair.

Took these out of the box and immediately wore them on a weeklong work trip in super rainy conditions with tons of walking. My feet stayed dry and comfortable throughout.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! So easy to put on. Comfort all day long. I bought them for work because I thought they had a steel toe but I feel in love this them and couldnt send them back for return. Wide enough for my toe box and perfectly snug. Stylish and comfortable. My favorite Keen purchase yet! This is my 5th work boot purchase.

They look good and get the job done. I've worn these in a variety of conditions from a dressy boot at work to trekking on ice and I'm really impressed with them.

These boots are exceptionally comfortable from the first time I wore them. They are just different enough from my other Chelsea style boots and required no break in.

I am keeping one pair. As I was replacing the insole I found that a "layer" is scrunched up around the toe area. So I ordered another pair and they had the same problem. As my insoles are really thick I am going to keep them, but be warned.

the shoe is super cushy and i love the wide toebox, but i found it to be really heavy compared to what i'm used to. i wish keen would make a wide toe equivalent of blundstones!

This is a really nice looking boot, unfortunately there is zero arch support and cushioning. Also The toe box is too long, making the boot feel clunky particularly going up and down stairs. They also look pretty big on your feet.

Beautiful looking shoes, however they are very small for 11 Wide - couldn’t even get on so no opinion on arch support; no option to exchange for different pair with original discount. Quite upsetting.

The top material and comfort was awesome. Downside is that is seems like the bottom tip of shoe is not meant to withstand Arizona heat. I had hoped 1st pair was a defect and ordered same shoe again. 2nd pair had same issue bottom front tip also came apart. I was very disappointed.
