These have a foam outside bottom so if your looking for a shoe for remodeling or outdoor hard work probably not the best fit. I use these for my nice shoes for Church or when I go to town or what not. Although I find that these are more comfortable than my Keen Cincinnati boots so I would definitely recommend for indoor work, especially useful if your doing indoor work with chances that you can drop stuff on your feet because they do have carbon toe. Overall these are very comfortable and yes its true that you dont need to break these in, all you have to break in are the inserts. Warmth wise these are very very warm, I dont have a problem with hot feet but these will make your feet sweat, I recommend getting nylon wool socks if you have this problem, those will keep your feet cool, warm & help with sweat. Great shoe

My Gibson boot is nice and comfortable. As I stated on a recent correspondence the durability is yet to be determined based on the first use when the eyelet popped out. I will get a repair shop to repair then we will see.

They look and feel great! Ive had them about six months. Theyre as comfortable today as they were when I first put them on.

I just wore them today. Now, I need wide and even though i ordered WIDE, I mentioned that it was a little narrow( i mean i have to wear tinner socks to feel comfortable), but I have Fred Flinstone feet! Maybe if it didnt have a Carbon Toe? Wait! maybe in the future KEEN will make a GIBSON w/out the Toe. or go to a 1/2 size bigger. but i like the boot. let ya know how my feet feel this PM.

It's a very comfortable boot. The carbon toe makes it quite a bit lighter than other keens that I've worn. The downsides are that it's not waterproof/resistan at all. The stitching on top of the toe burst after about a year. If you guys could fix those 2 issues it would be a 5 and I would buy more pairs.

Love these Boots. They have the work safety features that I need but are very comfortable and wearable. I was testing them; around the house and even wore them out to dinner a couple of times. I can't honestly say I have NEVER worn work boots out to dinner before, in other words they are comfortable and stylish enough, although after 6 months of wear will be too dirty for that.

Had to use the warranty because of a boot coming apart. Thankful for a company that stands by their warranty.

Is work boots do not have good traction in the fit is a little loose causing blisters on my heels Plus there is no arch support feels awkward when walking .
