Shoes are really cute and I wanted to keep them, but they're at least a full size to large - maybe even 1.5 sizes too big. I tried using thick inserts, then the thick inserts with thick hiking socks, and the heels were still flapping on and off when I walked. Had to return.

The shoe could have been excellent, except for the fit runs really wide and larger than what an 8.5 medium should run. I believe the shoe gets stretched out due how the shoes are internally packed.

Super cute, been waiting on these. I wanted to love these, but a size 8 M hit my toe and are super snug. I had ordered a size up M, but my narrow feet are floating.
