Cute, but felt 1/4 to 1/2 bigger than normal for me. Slipped up and down on my heel when I walked. If I pulled laces tighter, the material across my toes puckered up. Your results may vary.

These shoes are so cute, but gape in the ankle area and run a full size too long. I ordered the wide width, so that's probably the reason, but need the toe room.

Use for casual and work. Usually try to get wide as prefer wide toe box, and it was plenty wide and comfy. Only issue was it is too big in size. Hard to say if sizing down or not doing wide width would have resolved, and did not want to return multiple times to find out.

The heel is too wide. Even this, 1/2 size down from regular, my heels slip out. Toe box was wonderful. I'll keep trying. Thank you for that Zappos!

The photograph of this shoe was poorly lighted. It does not show the lacing system. The laces are elastic and are not meant to be tied or untied The shoe is sort of like a 'step-in' shoe. This was not convenient for me. Just so you know. I couldn't put them on so I don't know how they would fit.
