Cute, but felt 1/4 to 1/2 bigger than normal for me. Slipped up and down on my heel when I walked. If I pulled laces tighter, the material across my toes puckered up. Your results may vary.

These shoes are so cute, but gape in the ankle area and run a full size too long. I ordered the wide width, so that's probably the reason, but need the toe room.

Use for casual and work. Usually try to get wide as prefer wide toe box, and it was plenty wide and comfy. Only issue was it is too big in size. Hard to say if sizing down or not doing wide width would have resolved, and did not want to return multiple times to find out.

The heel is too wide. Even this, 1/2 size down from regular, my heels slip out. Toe box was wonderful. I'll keep trying. Thank you for that Zappos!

The photograph of this shoe was poorly lighted. It does not show the lacing system. The laces are elastic and are not meant to be tied or untied The shoe is sort of like a 'step-in' shoe. This was not convenient for me. Just so you know. I couldn't put them on so I don't know how they would fit.

I have recently had to try and order shoes that were wide width. This shoe did not come in a wide. So I took a chance because I liked the shoe, and lo and behold it fit just fine! The shoestrings are a stretchy material, so the extra width was accommodated that way. The shoes also came with an extra pair of plain white laces in case you want to change them out. Very happy with this purchase.

I wear these shoes almost daily. I have six pairs (so far) in different colors. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet, and while wearing these shoes, I can keep going nearly all day. They are attractive and stylish - my favorites!

I just received my shoes recently and I'm very happy with them, they fit well and they are comfortable. They are cute so I'm wearing them with my casual skirts but they can also be worn with shorts or pants.

These had laces that were too short to do anything with so I put different laces in them so I could tighten over the instep. A foot has a "waist" which is narrow with the toes widening out in front. That is why shoes have laces -- so they can be adjusted to the foot. They are exactly the navy I have been looking for to go with jeans. Had the white on the bottom matched the navy, they would have looked a little less casual. I like the soles which don't have all the nooks and crannies that track dirt into the house. They seem true to size.
