I am a true 8.5. The 8 just fits and a 9 would be too big. They are comfortable but I think the fit would be better in the half size.

These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever had. I'm a 7 1/2 size, I ordered an 8, they fit perfectly.

I loved this style, but I sent these back. Dry cheaply made for the price, they didn’t look like they’d last the summer.

Wanted to love these but they are way too wide for me, and I have a normal B to slightly narrow foot. I ordered a 9 and I am a solid 9 in Tevas, and a 9.5 in running shoes, and the length was fine but the straps have 2" of extra material in the front. The straps don't feel secure because the footbed is overly soft and flexible and it is very slippery. I get why they made it slippery to avoid blisters/friction, but they feel very unstable overall as a result, not the goal in shoes made for walking. I may try them a full size down to see if the fit is more secure.

This is my first pair of Teva's! I purchased them for vacation travel, they are incredibly comfortable. I work on my feet, and at the end of the day, my feet are feeling fabulous. I've had them for a month,and they look as good as the day I opened the box.

Love these shoes and have been wearing them almost non stop since I got them. Walked all around NYC in comfort! Take my trail walks as well wearing these shoes. Not as great for rock hopping, but super comfortable for all other walking.

I usually wear 8.5 so I ordered a 9. They seemed a big long in the back but they were comfortable. The sole was just too squishy for me, my back is not a happy camper when I wear squishy shoes, so I sent them back.

Loved the sandal, very comfortable. Arch is OK but wish there was more arch.

super comfy footbed with support, good looking platform shoe, doesn't make feet look to large, but unfortunately sizing didn't work for me, the excess straps were hanging off too much, not for "pancake feet"

This sandal was almost perfectly amazing. I am waiting for Hoka to redesign their hiking sandals so they tighten properly, and in the meantime looking for something that would be similarly supportive and full of cushion. I am a true size 6.5, and I ordered this in both a 6 and a 7. The 6 fit just about right, and the 7 was clearly too big. A 6.5 would have been nice, but if I was keeping it, I would keep the 6. The cushion was wonderful, and the straps tightened in all the right spots although the "clip" one could have a little more loosen and tighten to it - it's a pretty short strap to work with (like 1/2"). The problem that is making me send them back is that my foot doesn't quite "line up" correctly on the sandal, so that when my foot is strapped in and everything seems just about right, my heel isn't centered on the back but sits on one edge (and farther from the other edge), making me worry that if I step unevenly on a cobblestone or uneven surface I will roll off the side of the sandal. Since I don't have this problem with any other shoes or sandals this makes me think it's an issue with the design or shape of this particular sandal rather than my particular foot - but regardless, it means I won't be keeping these sandals. If this wasn't a problem, though, they seemed great in every other way - excellent dupe for Hokas!

I normally wear a size 7 in Teva sandals and have been wearing this brand for a couple of decades now. I ordered this particular style because of the clip closure - the velcro on my last pair of Tevas wore out and wouldn't stay secured. Overall these sandals are great and fit my needs but they definitely ran a bit small for me. I had to return a 7 and order an 8 which will work fine, just wish the back strap was adjustable. The 7 felt uncomfortably narrow and didn't seem roomy enough to allow breaking in. I do love the style though, and the super spongy/cushion-y soles feel nice to walk in.

Love to see Teva adding more styles with padding under the straps! I'm a size 9 in most shoes and these fit as expected. I like that they can be dressed up or down, and they offer a nice amount of springiness and shock absorption. My only wish would be for the velcro on the straps to extend a little farther down, because when I adjust the straps to the tightness I want, I end up with a bit of extra strap sticking up on the sides. It's definitely not a dealbreaker for me; these are really comfy and remind me a bit of the fisherman sandals that were popular in the '90s.

Love these, but I'm undecided about keeping them. Normally I wear a 7 but I went down to 6 and the size is good, but even having loosened all the straps, my feet *look like* my circulation is being cut off! It's weird. They don't feel like it, but of course I'm only trying them around the house. But I took off one sandal and kept the other on, and the sandal-foot looked distinctly redder within a minute or so. Tomorrow I'll try the opposite foot and see how it goes. If it's still looking questionable after that, I'll send them back and look for a pair of platform sneaker-sandals with a less intense upper.

I bought these to have comfortable sandals to wear out in the field at work. They run large and are really ugly in person. Also, the straps do not lay flat; it's possible that velcro dots will help, so I will try that when the weather warms up. All in all, would not buy them again.

These are cute and comfy, but I was looking for a sandal like this that I could just slip on, and these are not it. I'm a 10.5, so I had to order the 10, which fit well, but were too short to slip on. If they had velcro straps I would have kept them, but the plastic strap clips are a hassle and also odd for shoes.

Sooooo heavy, would not be suitable for all day wear like Teva site said

These are comfortable--unlike most Tevas, which have a rougher strap and cut my feet--and I love the height. They were a little big (i ordered my usual size), and i didn't love the style on top--too much material when i prefer a little more foot exposed. So i returned them, but i'm glad Teva is experimenting with straps that are softer than their usual rough stuff!

The black ones look like the shoe you wear when you break your foot. Returned.
