I really liked how these looked and felt. The leather was good quality and the footbed and straps were soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, they were slightly too loose. The straps have a velcro strap closure and didn't want to stay on the tighter cinch. When I would walk it would pull out and go to the original looser setting. Because of that I chose to send them back. My feet didn't feel secure enough.

The fit was fine although the strap across the instep seemed on the "short" side. The padding seemed to provide support and comfort and the construction was good. The leather seemed stiff. I felt like the edges of the leather strap would rub my skin if worn very long.

Comfortable right out of the box. Well made with great support and attractive styling.

My mistake I ordered wrong size and need 1/2 size bigger. I spoke with a woman who was pleasant, helpful and made the exchange for me quickly. She was so kind and courteous. I would definitely purchase from Zappos again!

I absolutely LOVE these sandals. Quality, comfort and cute! I still have a pair of Gwens from about 6 years ago, and I was so happy see they're back. Unfortunately, the ankle strap could not be tightened enough to secure my foot. SO bummed! I am returning them.

Comfortiva always a reasonably priced shoe and most are comfortable as well. These fit the bill on both counts!

The leather in this show wasn't quite as soft as I would prefer and not as comfortable as some of my previous purchases (I probably have about a dozen pairs of Comfortiva shoes). I was going to keep them, but some of the stitching at the end of the right ankle strap has pulled out. I thought about trying to fix it, but I don't think I could do a great job. I could have exchanged for another pair, but I bought the last pair in Black 9W. So, they will be returned.

I really like these, and I had previous positive experience with Comfortiva sandels. However, as some others have noted, the ankle strap is hard to adjust because of the stiffness of the leather. I couldn't get them to be tight enough so returned them.

“Gwen” sandals are uncomfortable. Footbed is hard, not cushioned like my favorite sandals. I like the blue color, but it seems like the leather might scuff easily.
