I bought two pairs in an 8M. they feel a little big, but are fine especially without socks. Then I ordered a pair of 7 1/2 W hoping they wouldn't feel quite so big. My feet were flopping out of them. They were longer than the 8s! By accident I ordered an 8W instead of a medium. Those felt huge. Reminds me when I used to by Nine West slip ons. I'd have to try 3-4 pairs all the same size because each pair fit differently.

This is a beautiful shoe both style wise and quality. The low heel is versatile, the inner sole has three-point support. It just didn’t fit, the system suggested a 7 for me but too large. I have exchanged for a 6 1/2 in the wide. Fingers crossed

Ordered 7.5. It hit my bunion right at the most painful spot. I wanted to love them!! Color was gorgeous, deep brown and the suede was lovely. Overall it was super comfy except for the bunion spot. Within a couple of mins my foot was red and sore. The inside is fabric and I can’t risk them not stretching out. So bummed!

Love the shoe and style. Only problem is it hits my bunion on my left foot.

This is a beautiful shoe ! It is probably true to size but system rec size 7 med was too large, and rubbed inside right foot at toe. Beautiful suede, perfect heel height for daytime, 3- pt inner sole. Impressive. Am going to try a 6.5 wide.

These are comfy stylish shoes that are great if you need to walk and stand a lot!

I love this shoe, but I do need to get a half size smaller. I run between an 8W and an 8.5W, so I don’t think they necessarily run big. I will exchange for the 8W.

I wanted to love this item, but it cut right across my instep. Sadly they have to be returned

I would have kept these except there was another pair that I liked a little better.

They were a full size larger than my normal size (6W) I could take them off by curling my toes. I’m trying a 5W and will report back. They are really padded inside and look great. We will see!

I could put two fingers in back of heal. slim shoe but beautiful sorry to have to return.

This is a beautiful shoe & comfortable. However my normal size was too big.. heel slipped out. I won't order another size as the toe box did not cover the tops of my toes

These were super cute out of the box and felt comfortable enough at first. But I walk a lot at my job and by the end of my shift I was limping. The shoes left my feet bruised and my heels were torn up. For the price point, you'd think the leather would've been softened a bit so it wouldn't take so long to break them in. If it wasn't against uniform policy, I would've gone barefoot the rest of the day. I might keep them, but if I do, I will have to stretch out the toe area a bit more so it doesn't bite into my foot as much and replace the soles for something more comfortable. Maybe even add a pad on the heel so it doesn't chafe as much.

the 8.5 was very long - and the standard wide width was still quite narrow. Otherwise nice looking shoe with padded insole if that is what you need

It runs big. I had to get a smaller size. But unfortunately too uncomfortable. I have to return the smaller size as well
