I have a lot of respect for Cole Haan and I was initially happy with these sandals… until after about 3 weeks of casual wearing the outsole delaminated from the shoe. Very disappointed. Also, a huge tripping hazard as the rubber outsole catches once it’s loose. At $142 I did not expect this to happen and thus had to work with customer service to return these and report to Cole Haan. This is why I only shop at Zappos.

Nice looking shoes; however, I have “thin” feet, not narrow. I was unable to adjust the straps because they were so implanted, so the strap fit was not right for me. The length was true to size.

The fit was good, but the raffia was very stiff and uncomfortable on the top of my foot. Too bad because they are very cute. Returned.

These shoes run a full size larger. They are way too long. I ordered a 6.5, and they fit like 7.5. The straps are difficult to open, and even after I did adjust them, I couldn't make the feel right.

The footbed was extremely uncomfortable.

I am currently attempting to return the sandals. As they look. And feel too large. The website was difficult to work through. But I finally processed and tried to print a mailing label. Then I tried to go back and just get a QR Code..but the website then told me I could not have one as they had already mailed me a return label to process. So my advice is order down a half size and make sure you have a clear idea of return options. The color of the sandal is perfect and I think the cushion insole is comfortable.
