Nice stable platform for lifting without feeling clunky. I have done some plyo in them as well. Great shoe, I own two pairs.

I returned these. They were way too stiff and squeezed my achilles tendon ( I had surgery to repair 20 years ago).
I'd also recommend:
I just bought Flux which feel better, not sold yet.
