first of all, the backside of one of the shoes was defective. Secondly, it didn't fit me even though I ordered my usual size, trusting the "true to size" label. Lastly, and worst of all, it's been over a month since the return was processed, and I still haven't received my refund. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I expected better from such a brand. Pathetic. I won't be buying any product from this brand again.

The shoes are cute but the heel strap is very rigid and uncomfortable. The tongue is very flimsy so at times it moves around in the shoe and can be very uncomfortable. If you are looking for the comfort of ultra boost this is not the shoe.

Top of shoe tapers down and hits the big toe causing pain. Smells like achemical factory when opening the box. Retuning order was nightmare and never buying another thing from this company

These were not comfortable or practical at all I've been wearing ultra boosts for a number of years but these are different Poor quality for the price paid

I generally love all addidas; however, I find these to be very uncomfortable. The tongue is atrocious, the lacing is very rigid and the cushion on the back the heel throws me off. Definitely do not feel as though they are worth the cost, as I can't comfortably wear them.

Literally on the second time to wear it, the bottom ripped. So upsetting!! I bought it on sale and it still hurt that this happened, imagine if I bought it at full price!!
