did not like the look of it

Shoe was very narrow and did not fit like most size 10's I have purchased in the past

Just not as comfortable as other grand models I have had.

They do not fit. Your company would not allow me to return a Christmas gift that does not fit. I will not be recommending anyone to purchase shoes from you!

Very comfy but unattractive and cheap feeling. These are not dress shoes that you can wear to the office or any type of formal setting. They were very comfortable though.

Delivery box was a mess completely ripped up

The shoes are very comfortable but they arrived scratched and dented my box was completely destroyed. Bummer they were very expensive.

I have ordered five of these shoes in different sizes trying to get the right fit. None of them fit me right. These are the worst fitting dress shoe I have ever worn. Wasted time and money trying to find the right fit on these. Very disappointed.

Parts of the sole broke within 30 days and even after contacting them they would not let me exchange or return them

Very low quality shoes and scuff extremely easily. Very low quality shoe, leather and over priced. I would not recommend to any of my co-workers or friends.

Too narrow, even though I ordered wide. My feet are not particularly wide but consistently have to return CH shoes. Brand's wide widths are simply not consistently wide. In my experience, only 1 out of 5 styles is comfortably wide. I will no longer take the gamble on any CH shoes.
