I love my Born shoes. However, I was very disheartened with this pair. They are beautiful and look well made. However, I purchase Born, also, for comfort. The heel padding does not exist in this shoe. It is a very hard surface that appears to look padded until you touch it. The arch support is missing as well. I'm not sure if Born has changed the way they make their shoes? I'm hesitant to purchase another pair. I tried these shoes for 3 weeks to give it time. The didn't get any better. While wearing these shoes, I would get horrible pain in my heals and oddly enough, in my hips. Then I would put on my older Borns the next day and be just fine. Sadly, I can't recommend this pair.

I'm returning most of this order because they are too wide and now I know to look at the reviews to see which ones run narrow and try those! I wish there was a Zappos sort for runs narrow though. It would save a lot of time and postage.

I love this shoe! Unfortunately the strap accommodates a wider foot than mine. I really really wanted this shoe.

This my third pair of this style. They are very well made and stylish. I get compliments constantly. Zappos service is outstanding. With free return shipping (although I have only used it once) I am never reluctant to try something.

Born never lets me down! I absolutely love these. They fit perfectly and they are stylish enough to wear to a casual work office.

Love these sandals! They are true to size and oh so pretty. I get tons of compliments when I wear them. I got the pink ones and couldn't be happier with my purchase. No they don't have arch support but do have some cushioning.

I love my Born Mazzy sandals so much that I bought two pair. The size 11 is a perfect fit (I wear a 10-1/2) for my very wide feet. I'm buying more Born flat sandals so that I'll have them on hand next year. Born shoes are the only ones that fit me well.

These are so cute and comfortable. The leather flowers are beautiful and really helpful in covering my "not so young" meta-tarsus so that I can confidently wear sandals and enjoy summer weather. My feet are short and wide, so in sandals, I buy one size smaller that I buy in other kinds of shoes.

They were a little narrow in the toe, so they have to go back. Cute style, though.

Fit great. I am normally a size 7 and little wide in front (sometimes 7 1/2), but size 7 in these fit me fine after two days of breaking them in. They are nicer, more stylish and not as casual-looking as regular sneakers, but just as comfortable. I like that the sole is a little thick. The insole padding is great. The leather is soft and they look like high-end shoes. I like them a lot and recommend them.

Absolutely love these shoes, the style, color and price! Unfortunately, I had to return them, as the style runs wide. Sigh. Nonetheless, would highly recommend them to those who don't have narrow feet!

Born Mazzy is a beautiful shoe and foot bed felt very comfortable. I returned it because the design of the heel did not provide the solid support I need. Shoe would have been perfect if the heel covered the entire bottom of this shoe rather than decreasing in width.

Just got these today and they are very sweet! The footbed is not quite as cushiony as other Born flip-flops I have had but still more so than your average leather flip-flop. They are very cute and comfortable but I have to say I am disappointed with the color. It is definitely pink, but looks purple on the picture. I see now that the color is "magenta," which is about right, but on my computer screen it looks rather plum-y, which is what I was expecting. Other than that I am very satisfied and happy to expand my collection of Born shoes with giant flowers!

I'm normally an 8 1/2 in Clarks, and a 39 in Birkenstocks and a 40 in Naots. I'm normally an 8 in Born slides, and this one was fit, if a hair small, but I'm sure it would stretch. The length was good. It was just too flip-floppy for me. I like my slides to stay on my foot better. The flower is cute though.
