this is the 2nd of my X Ultra Mid Gortex, I have walked the Camino de Santiago (500 miles) and hiked 100's of miles across the US in rain sleet and snow, they have never let me down and Solomon stands behind their equipment.

Comfortable, lightweight, great fit although I did have to go up a half size, but looking to get another pair.

These boots are very comfortable, light, and worth the money. I use them for work and they havent let me down.

Nothing more needs said about these shoes, they are still the greatest of all time!

Wish I had all the money Ive spent trying to find a pair of hiking shoes I could tolerate.Im happy to say I finally found them, plenty of room in the toe box I can finally wear heavier socks, awesome traction, all day comfort love them!

This is my second pair of Ultras, first pair lasted 8 years of frequent trail and snowy hikes. The boot has a firm midsole flexibility and the rubber toe cap protects from cactus kicking and sharp rocks. The boot feels light like a trail shoe without the extra burden of a bulky hiking boots. The upper fabric breathes well and is water resistant. Tread design is outstanding for firm footing on rocky trails. Highly recommended!
