Reasonably comfortable. Fairly plain, but they do the job. Fits me true to size.

Comfortable on a wider foot for all day wear. Versatile color, too.

These are very cute pumps. They fit true to size and are comfortable, but they are cut low in the toe and showed a lot of toe cleavage. I was not a fan of the short toe box, so I sent them back. Otherwise these are great pumps!

I really wanted to like these. They were true to size, super pretty, but the toe box was just too short and left a lot of toe cleavage that I do not like. Back they went! My search for the perfect black pumps continues.

Running a bit large on me. Width seems about right--for a W. Cute, nice height of heel without being too tall.

The shoes are great. I ordered a 7.5 and had to get a size 8 instead. Service was extraordinary.

I'm shocked that everyone else found these true to size. The 10.5 was definitely small and did not fit like other 10.5's I have from Vaneli. I'm sad to send them back, and there is no 11. :o(

Very solid, nice, respectable heel. This fit well and was comfortable for my narrow foot. Fits better than shoes twice as expensive from Cole Haan. Not the most gorgeous shoe, but still nice looking. If I hadn't fallen in love with a very pricey Stuart Weitzman pair, I would be keeping these. Good value for the money.

Was a little disappointed that the shoe is not cut quite the same as before. It is cut higher in the front. Do you have a new manufacturer? It is higher across the front. Not good.

This is my first shoe order online. I lost some weight so I didn't know how this shoe would fit me. I love the shoes, feels great and the heel height is perfect for my petite height. I just need to break it in and go a little wider. I like this brand and looking to purchase more shoes online in the near future.

The shoe is very cute witn a modern round toe and beautiful grey color. I wanted a grey shoe to wear with work skirts or pants and this shoe is perfect in color and comfort and style.

These are perfect shoes for work but they run small. I normally wear a 7.5B but had to get these in an 8B and I am hoping they stretch a bit. They are a bit narrow, but my feet are on the narrow side so I think they will work.

These are beautiful shoes that look far more soft gold than the shade pictured. They look great with jewel tones as well as camel, but they are stiff and as most heels the sole is thin.

This shoe will go with everything! It's a neutral that I plan to wear year round. I also love the toe cleavage.

I bought these for my daughter\'s wedding and was very pleased with them. I did have to wear the wide width, as regular was too tight. I think that I probably should have gotten a half size smaller since they were wide width. The beige color was perfect!

These are the most gorgeous shade of red, with just a touch of shimmer. I got both these and the Stuart Weitzman Platswoon in red. These were surprisingly far more comfortable than the Weitzman\'s, granted they do have a smaller heel (which my feet love, but don\'t do much to elongate the legs). I also prefer this deeper, richer red to the Platswoon\'s. They did run a little big, but I like adding in the little gel heel pads anyway, so with those, it\'d be a perfect fit. Unfortunately, I wasn\'t so happy with the quality of the leather. The sides of the toe box were kind of puckering as I walked around in them when trying them on in my room. I know leather creases, but just not what I\'d expect after 30 seconds of trying them on.

Cute, true to size. I wouldn't want to walk around town in them, but they are comfortable enough to wear all day in the office without any problems. The heel is higher than it looks in the picture.

Shoes are what you see on the site. Great place to shop. Vaneli pump fits great, and I like the heel height. However, I have not used them yet for any length of time.

This shoe has a high skinny heel, it is comfortable but I didn't feel it grabbed my heel properly and so my feet would keep coming out of the shoe when I walked. I had to buy the heel grippers. I like the shoe enough to buy one in beige and black though. I especially like the beige color and I wish Vaneli would make more high heeled closed toed shoes in light brown/beige. The shoe is a little plain looking but I like the patent style. The shoe does shoe your toe lines and I didn't care for that.

Great lookng shoe - I have very narrow and large feet (10.5N). I purchased these in all three colors because it is difficult to find nice pumps that fit. The red pumps are beautiful and look the best out of the three colors in my opinion. My foot doesn't look big at all so if you're in the same boat as me don't hesitate to buy them. But do watch out because they do run somewhat tight in the toebox area and you may have to get them stretched.

The shoe did not look good on my foot. It also offered no arch support.

I really wanted to like these. I have been searching for black leather shoes with a leather insole, with this heel height for ages. I have fairly narrow feet and all my shoes are size 8; however, the 8M was squishing my toes so much, I'll be sending those back. I'm thinking to try an 8W and see if the toe bed is a bit wider with that, but it's not in stock in black. They are cute, but just don't fit quite right.

I really want to like this shoe; however, it's too small/too tight. I have narrow feet, but I don't normally need to wear a narrow shoe size. However, these shoes are tight! I normally wear an 8B in nearly every shoe I buy, but my left foot toes are so squished, I can hardly walk. I'm going to try a Wide a 8.5B just to compare and see if one of those work. They are cute, and I've been searching for years for 100% leather lined black pumps of this height. We'll see if one of those fit! Fingers crossed.

I searched high and low for red heels I could wear to work and was excited to find these. They fit well and are pretty comfortable. The problem is the color - they are much lighter red than the picture, bordering on candy apple. Not the professional and polished look I was going for. Will be returning.
