The shoes are very elegant and comfortable. The little bit of shimmer (almost gold) in the color dress them up, They can go from daytime to night easily. I love the height of the heel comfortable but still gives a high look.

This is a beautiful shoe (red) - elegant, classic, and well made. I wear a size 10B 95% of the time and the size 10 fit well. They feel a little loose in the heel, but not sure I need a heel pad yet. Great heel height. These will be a wardrobe staple.

I have an 83A narrow foot actually. This has a deeper heel cup to secure the heel down and in compared to another less expensive brand. In the end, the heel was too short for me. Otherwise would be a very comfortable shoe.

Solid fit, stable heel. Well made. Deep red color, they look great on. Feel good.

This was a panic purchase. I had a wedding to attend, had my dress and no shoes. I have a challenging foot size, so basically, I thought I was settling. I was wrong. This is an amazing shoe! It's beautiful, perfect simplicity and it fit beautifully. I don't normally wear pumps and heels, so I was expecting the shoe to hurt. It was comfortable for most of the evening, only started to pinch after about 5 hours of wear, so, I consider it a successful purchase. I usually purchase an E or EE, this time I bought a D. I'm very glad I purchased the shoes.

Love these! I'm now going to buy them in the rest of the colors. Good, multi-purpose heel. Fit is true.

These are definitely go-to shoes for me. I also have them in suede. I wear them with pants or skirts; they are are a classic pump. I am on my feet teaching all day and can definitely last the day in these!

I have very small feet (wear size 4-4.5) and have bunions. I searched for a classic pair of pumps for years. Those are the best pumps I could possibly find! They are so comfy and look great, too! I now own 4 pairs of them: black suede, black patent, grey suede and sabbia patent. I wanted the purple suede too but they were sold out. Please make more of these pumps!!!

After searching for the perfect black pump for literally a year, I finally found it. This shoe is perfect for work as it has a simple and graceful silhouette and is neither too shiny (so much patent leather last year!) or too high (4 inch heels all day at the office? No, thanks). I have a very narrow heel and this shoe fit nicely. You do get a little "toe cleavage" in the front. I don't mind it, but others might.

So comfortable! I have a wide foot and comfortable heels are impossible to find, but the wide sized Undine fits perfectly. First time I wore them was to a wedding -- I danced all night and when all the other girls kicked off their shoes, I just kept dancing in these! Oh, almost forgot to mention -- they're beautiful, too!

Oh my! How lovely to find in the box a ruby red pair of pumps that are gorgeous and comfortable! The heel height is just right, and creates a nice line, from calf to toe. I felt like skipping on the yellow brick road! So glad I waited to look for a purse as it was a different red than what I had in mind. Nevertheless, a timeless, classic shoe, just in time for the holidays and my new red dress on the way! Once again, Zappos, you shine, I shine and that makes for a might fine time! Thank you!!!

I absolutely love this shoe! I need wide shoes and I love that Zappos offers so many cute wide shoes. This one in particular is surprisingly comfortable. I thought i'd be safe and go up a size with a 6.5W but had to exchange it for a 6W, because it fits true to size! Its pricey but very nice. Just what I needed to go with my black business skirt suit.

I agree with a previous review. These fit better than the similar, but pricier, Cole Haan. I wore them straight out the box, for a full day of work. I will likely buy cushioning for the ball of the foot, but otherwise, these feel great.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and true to size (I wear a 4 1/2, and it's very hard to find heels that fit, let alone that are comfortable). Though, my one complaint is that the color is different than pictured. I got the red ones, and the pictures shows a very bright red; yet when they arrived, they ended up being more of a deep red with a shimmer to them. Still love them and plan on keeping them.

Great work shoe! I love wearing heels but they aren't really practical for my job. I thought I'd give these a try and I'm very impressed with them. The heel is a good height but they are still amazingly comfortable. The padded footbed is a really nice addition. They are a little on the conservative side in terms of the cut; I wish it was cut a little lower on the sides. I got black patent and wish the purple suede was still available in my size because I would definitely invest in a second pair. I normally wear between 8.5 and 9; I ordered 8.5 wide and found them to run big. I had a ton of room in them and probably should have sized down to an 8.

I have wide feet with a narrow heel (my feet are like upside down triangles). It is very hard to find a heel in my size and looks fashionable and feels comfortable too but this shoe did it. I was able to stand in these for hours and completely forgot I was even wearing them!

Keeping them! Love. Color is really fun and as pictured. I'm an 8.5 N and this is a narrow shoe. Even the heel is narrow enough for me. As others have remarked, the toe box is quite narrow, but it keeps the foot from sliding forward too far. I think this shoe will show toe cleavage on just about everyone, but I think these are really super cute and fun in this spunky red. Heel height is just right. Don't know that I'd want to dance in these all day, but they're pretty comfortable. If you're on the Medium side of Narrow, I'd go to the medium. These shoe run to the slim side of Narrow. Props to the Zappos rep who suggested the Vaneli brand for narrow sizes. I'd never heard of them, but I'm sold now. Narrow sizes plus some style -- Rare!

I wore them for the first time to a wedding and they were the most comfortable pumps I have ever had. They run true to size with a cushy support in the shoe. I was able to dance all night with no discomfort at all. I soon after ordered a pair in red. I truly recommend these shoes to anyone that does not like wearing pumps but has to.

Very nice shoe, nice color so charming when your wear it with a nice black or even white suit. Very comfortable.

These shoes are really comfortable and well made. They fit me true to size with a foot petals heel pad inserted in the back. I wore them all night at a wedding and didn't have any problems at all.

Great shoe. Extremely comfortable. Has an extra padding under the toes. I wore them for the first time to a wedding and I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. The shoe is true to size. The red color is rich and beautiful. I wore them with a black dress. My new favorite shoes.

I just love this shoe, but I need the wide width which was not available in the black suede. However, I was able to get the black Nappa, and the Sabbia Smack Patent. I am so tempted to buy this shoe in every color. I told my friend and she got the black patent. We wear the same size and we both have terrible bunion feet. It is such a pleasure to put on a pair of shoes that do not hurt my feet.

I bought these for my wedding. They looked great and were unbelievably comfortable! I danced in them all night and even wore them to brunch the next day.

Surprised me with its comfort and stability! I loved the style and needed a staple matte black pump. I liked the short toe box for a little sexy look, which added some interest to the plain black leather. I walked around gravelly road and sidewalk in these heels and did not falter one bit. Very stable for such a skinny heel!

I wear 7 1/2 Narrow shoes a really difficult size to find w/out Zappos. I needed a new pair of black patent leather heels and Zappos had this shoe a perfect fit for me. I thought the heel might be a bit narrow but the shoe is so perfectly balanced the heel is not a problem but rather it is very comfortable and adds elegance to the look.
