I ordered and returned these 3 times and each time I received a Men’s 6/Women’s 8 when I ordered a Women’s 10/Men’s 8

I ordered size women’s 10 and received a women’s 8.

This pair of Size 39 is significantly larger than a pair od Crocs I have at home. Over an inch longer and larger in the fit.

Like another comment, I also ordered a women's size 10 and was sent women's size 8.

These are super cute! They fit true to size, but a bit wider than my Classic Platform Crocs but I have small feet (I usually wear kids shoes). With socks on, they work fine for me!

Ordered a size w10 received a size w8. Customer service was great and exchange was easy. I also realized I wanted a w9. Bad side, when I did the exchange for a w9 and received a w7….. so here’s to hoping the next one is right!

Two times I ordered a women's size 9 and received a women's size 7. I guess I'll got to the Crocs website.

I really wanted to love these shoes, as I have been searching (in vain) for a pair of very comfortable but not too ugly black shoes to wear around the house. These were comfortable, but just a bit too ugly. I thought they had sent a men's size, as several reviews mention, but no, these did actually fit. They just looked like men's shoes in terms of the width and clunkiness of them. My search continues....

The shoes were HUGE. I could never wear them. Why such a discrepancy?
