Customer Reviews Crocs Classic Clogs with Floral Cut Out Design

I have never had an experience like this with Zappos and it’s still a mystery why this happened… I ordered the same pair of shoes three times and each time, the wrong size was delivered (the order in my account was always correct, but the items delivered were not). I even called customer service twice to see if they could help ensure I’d get the correct size the next time. Unfortunately, three strikes is all I could take, so I’m not going to try again - too many inconvenient trips to UPS to return and just frustrating that whoever is fulfilling the order in the warehouse is not reading labels correctly. And I wasted a discount code on these that I can’t get back, blergh.

I love these Crocs! Comfy and match everything. They've got a new thing on the inside sole, a ridge for your toes, and at first I wasn't sure about it, but I got used to it quickly and don't even think of it any more. Very cute with the flower cut outs. Total recommend!

I size down in crocs so I would say it runs large. I wear it like a slide, with the heel handle in the front. The white floral is so cute, reminds me of the 60s

I liked these crocs but they were about a size larger. I had to send these back. They are, however, very beautifully designed. I loved the cut out flower design. It really adds a feminine touch.

I do not understand why Crocs now come with a high footbed. This does not make for good stability when walking. I have some older crocs that wear better than the new styles with this high footbed. I am keeping the crocs I ordered hoping that an insole will help the high footbed and no arch support problem...however, I think aftermarket brands are doing a better job of fitting feet than crocs these days.
