I purchased this product as a gift for a friend, and they love it! I'm told they're comfortable and eye-catching. I'm about to get myself a pair as well.

Good delivery time good condition very comfortable. But I did think it would be further back giving me more heels space but it's okay.

Even though I won't use the strap, the strap doesn't fit

Love them! Super comfy and go with all kinds of outfits and style. They do need to be weathered as any other Ugg product to prevent water damage.

Finally received my new clog's today and they are everything I was hoping for. They are warm, comfortable and so cute! I have already gotten so many compliments on them. I love the color and they are such good quality. I would 100% recommend!! I haven't tried them with the strap around the back of my heel yet so can't speak to that but I probably won't wear them much that way anyway. Also, I typically wear a women's 8.5 and ordered these in a 7 and they are perfect!

Got these as a gift so no receipt and warranty said they could not help with my broken strap. Shoe is comfortable but expensive for faulty strap
