My 19yo son has very wide feet with very high arches. We have struggled to find shoes that fit him right and don’t cause issues. Overall, we have found Florsheim to be an excellent brand to fit his needs. As he was looking at Florsheim styles available, he saw these and liked the way they looked. However, because of his wide feet and high arches, he has never been able to even fit half of his foot in a slip-on. Because other Florsheim styles have fit him well, he decided to order these and try them out. He also ordered another style, a duplicate of the shoe he currently wears (also Florsheim), just new, and to be on the safe side in case the slip-on didn’t work out. He really likes the Fleet Perf a lot! He had zero issues getting his feet in. He really likes the style. He likes not having to take the time to tie his shoes. And he said that these shoes have a lot more cushion than the other style. This is important because he’s off to his first year of college in a month and the campus is huge and he will be doing a lot of walking. Overall, Florsheim is an excellent brand, especially for men that have wide feet, and bonus that there are styles that appeal to a young adult. This shoe is a win!

Stay away those with very wide feet. The 3E size is nore like a standard wide. My foot barely fits into these comfortably and I'm a 3E. I can get by, but its tighter than it should be. The shoes look great and the elastic laces are nice and snug. Shoe is super light so not worried st all about it falling off like some slip ons.
