These boots are narrow enough that they fit my foot width (I went a half size up) but for some reason are a tad loose in the heel. They fit alright when I put on chunky wool socks. Hoping they wont stretch out to the point of not fitting me anymore

Love my new Billy Short boots. Have wanted them for a long time but couldnt get my foot to slide in. Learned the slick bag trick at a boot store and now I have my Billy boots.

I have not worn my new Billy Short boots yet because it is still summer here, but I know they will be great. They are not my first pair of Frye boots. I own the Billy Harness Short boot in light brown, which I love, and I wanted these because they look so polished, and I can wear with black pants to work. I love ALL of my Frye boots, comfy right out of the box, never need breaking in.

Too small for me--I took a chance because people said they ran big, but I could have never walked in them. I am keeping the 7.5 suede ones, which actually feel much larger, but I think socks will take care of it. These are beautiful if you can get the fit right.

Very rough and uncomfortable inner seams and tabs rubbed against my ankles. Strange comfort issue for this brand. Usually they are nicely lined. Also the style a bit too 'rough and tough' look for my purposes to wear with nice dresses. I guess this is intentional but the coloration looks as if sloppily applied to edge of sole. If that's your look then the gold color is really cool

These boots arrived with scuff marks on the bottoms of the boots, scratches on the boots and clearly had been worn. Very disappointing. Unacceptable.
