This bag was a Fake, it was not a Coach bag. I returned immediately as it looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed that Zappos would send me a fake bag after paying full price. This is not acceptable.

Zappos only sells AUTHENTIC bags. The bag I received was real, beautiful and looked identical to the photo. The leather is extremely stiff but will eventually soften. A beautiful bag.

The Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 28 by Coach is absolutely perfect in every way! The soft leather has a wonderful feel and a rich color. It has one inside pocket for holding keys or small items. The shoulder strap is just wide enough and sits nicely on the shoulder. The bag itself is spacious and holds my wallet, small makeup bag, a pocket calendar, mobile phone, sunglasses and more quite easily. This is a bag that will be a classic in my rotation for years to come. An investment that is well worth it!

This is an absolutely beautiful handbag! I bought it in the classic black because you can't go wrong and because it was so difficult to choose because all the colors were gorgeous! It stays on my shoulder and fits everything perfectly. Phone, wallet, keys and a small makeup bag.

Beautiful bag! It’s definitely authentic. I say that because I saw a different review of someone stating they got a fake. Also it is genuine leather so I’m not sure why someone else would say it’s not? Only thing is I ordered the dark brown and received a light brown one. I returned but will be re-purchasing again later to see if I get the correct color but besides that it came fully factory wrapped which I loved. 4 stars for now!
