I bought their product in July, and the bottom of the shoe came unglued in November. I sent it to them and they returned it, saying that it was due to aging and they were not responsible. Whose shoes can age in 4 months? I want to tell you that HOKA's quality is very poor, and their service is very bad. Don't buy from them.

I hated the 8. I bought a couple of pairs because I thought the first was a fluke. And, they weren't. So I went out and bought On cloud-eclipse and a pair of brooks and then looked online and the 9 was out and decided to try them. OMG they are perfect: totally perfect. I don't want to take them off my feet. They were like the 6's and 7's but so much better. These are the best shoes I have ever worn.

These shoes don't have a flattering shape (my feet look like sausages a lil bit lol), but the cushion is so cushiony, responsive, and comfortable. I could wear them all day.

These Bondi 9 ran small by at least 1/2 size. I had to size up as did my husband. I ordered the Clifton and the Skyflow and they ran much more true to size. The men's 4E was also more narrow than the previous Bondi 7 and 8.

So I beleive in spending money on my feet - I am 61years old, have flat feet from wearing Army Boots back in the day for 10 years and its been very difficult to find a walking sneakers that supports my flat feet....I have a slim foot and the regular fit feels fantastic and after putting the sneakers on, I could feel my feet smiling which is great for the knees, hips, back, shoulders etc. Plenty of space to wiggle the toes and the sneakers do not slide up and down in the back heel. SOOOO if you want your feet and body to smile - order these sneakers. I just ordered another pair to take to London in March 2025, they are that comfortable!!

I have 3 pair of Bondi 7s and I love them. I skipped buying the 8 because I didn't like the reviews, but I just finished my first walk in the new 9 and I am a fan! Comfortable from the first step! I normally buy a size 9B in shoes, but I wore an 8.5B in the 7s so I tried 8.5 in the new 9 and it was perfect.

Big fan of the Hoka Bondi! Have worn them for years always in size 7.5W to 8W. Sat out the Bondi 8 model because I did not like the fabric upper. The Bondi 9 returns to the high quality, thicker, more supportive fabric upper of the Bondi 7. The aster (light purple) color is absolutely beautiful! However, "wide" is not the traditional Hoka wide that I have worn for the past 8 years. It feels like the regular wide. I am returning this pair for full refund and rather than going back and forth again with shipping I will go to my local running store to try on the Hoka Bondi in size 8 extra wide. Never been an extra wide in my life! I have broad metatarsals but a bony, skinny foot. Frustrating! Meanwhile, I'll continue wearing my ASICS Superblast 2's size 8 regular width!

The design and reliability for bondi has been demolished. These are NOTHING like bondi 8s nor 7s. They do not have a wide base tread at the toe box anymore, and due to the cushioning inside it forces your foot to strike on the outside rim with no support to keep it in alignment and forces you to have a suppinated gait. As a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, I am beyond disappointed as I have raved about the longevity of bondis as well as they're ability to keep my ankles from rolling, The only positive is the release of the tongue where it is no longer sewn to one side which i would just cut honestly. Tge pull loop is also gone, so have fun getting your foot in the heel. To change the design so drastically is honestly an insult to athletes, healthcare ataff and trainers that have trusted your brand and paid hard earned money for reliable and comfortable shoes for work and all day wear. RETURNING, AND NEVER COMING BACK.

As mentioned in another review, the Aster flower (purple) colored shoe has a white base, not purple as pictured I could do without the addition of the extended heel pull. Returning.

These feel exactly like my Bondi 7 that I bought 3 years ago and have been waiting for to come back - they did and I got another color of the Bondi 7. The Bondi 8 I just didn't like. But now on to the Bondi 9 - YAY - they feel great and look good too.

These new Bondi 9s are like walking on a cloud. I'm in the medical field and am on my feet all day, with these I cannot even tell. I have the bondi 8s and these are way more comfortable. WAY TO GO HOKA, these are the best!

Thank you so much for making Women's Extra Wide! It's comfortable and light-weight. Makes walking 5 miles a breeze! Please make more women's styles in this width, especially Bondi 7, Recovery slides, and women's chukka.

These new Bondi 9 are soo cute and comfy!! I LOVE THEM!!

I'm in my 60's, arthritis in foot and knees and plantar fascitis. Hokas have been life savers for me! But not so these. I find them cramped and tight compared to the Bondi 8, the toe box is tighter both across and in height, and though I know they say there is more cushioning - I do not feel it - it feels like less and certainly not a bouncy cloud. I will have to return these - very disappointed that they don't work for me. Thank you Hoka for the great return policy!

I purchased the starlight glow/purpley color. The pictures really made it seem like the sole was a light purpley pink, but they are in fact very bright white. Not incredibly mad, as this is still the color I would choose out of the lineup, but I was a little disappointed- I love the look of the lighter pinky purple color for the sole that I'm seeing advertised. Could just be the lighting of the pictures on the site but other shoes with a white sole look that way? Maybe it's just me? So comfy, loving the feel. Always a HOKA gal.

Got my shoes today tried them on whatever size you wear order half size bigger also there narrow I ordered a wide but so far I like them

Finally! Bondi in black and white! I work in the restaurant industry and don't care for the all black shoe. Thank you for releasing these! I wasn't a fan of the Bondi 8 fabric. The Bondi 9 seem to have more structure and hold their shape. Love the additional stack heel height. Ordered these Friday morning and just put them on. I'll never wear another shoe. Make the investment!

If you loved the Bondi 7, rejoice!! This is the same overall shape/form but with many improvements. No more clunky, oversized clown shoe (Bondi 8). I was wearing Bondi 7's when these arrived. Every time Hoka re-released them, I'd grab a pair. I had a Bondi 9 on one foot and the Bondi 7 on the other. Very similar look & shape but a huge difference in cushion, especially so in the heel. I'm working through Plantar fasciitis so this is a wonderful improvement. By the end of the day, already less pain than I would experience in the Bondi 7 or Bondi 8. My orthotics never fit right with the Bondi 8. The Bondi 9 is perfect. The slightly longer, more padded tongue is a nice change too. The fit across the top of the foot and around the side feels secure and supported. The "extra" cushioning is plush but still stable. Hoka listened to the feedback and they got it right!!

Just got them today but they fit amazingly and are true to size. They are SO comfortable. I don't really plan to workout in them or run in them, but they are just for comfort when I'm on my feet all day at work and on weekends. I actually like them better than the Bondi 8. I was never a huge fan as they didn't seem to fit my feet that well and they squeaked. Clifton 9 AND Bondi 9 are my favorite shoes in my closet now!

I am obsessed! The purple color is too cute and looks even better in person. I wasn't a fan of the bondi 8s but these 9s have really stepped it up!

Wow! Received the Bondi yesterday and I have to say I love them! Comfortable right out of the box without having to break them in. I had previously been wearing the Bondi 6 and 7 and they were ready for an upgrade. I wanted to love the Bondi 8 and they missed the mark for me. I love the Bondi 9 and wore them to run the same day they arrived. I did not find them heavy and just love the cushion and support. My knees which have been hurting lately after pounding the pavement felt great. These are my new favorite shoe!

I will say that I love the redesign and it's WAY more attractive than the older models!! The feel and cushion are amazing. I am a Hoka die hard with severe back issues and these shoes are a life saver for this hairdresser. I sized up from a 8 regular to a 8.5 Wide and its still too small. I have the 6,7,and 8 Bondi in a size 8 Regular and i just returned this for a 9 Extra Wide. Will update when I receive the larger size

I'm a delivery driver, and have been desperately looking for a super comfortable shoe that would support my high arch, and tired aching feet. These new Bondi9's are the ticket ladies! I feel like I am walking on a bed of clouds with every step. The support, and stability are SUPERB! I am so glad I got the text message from HOKA about the new Bondi9's, and read the first reviewers, review so thank you so much. I ordered them on Wednesday late at night, and received them at 1:30 the next day; now that's service. I got the super cute lavender in a size 10, and they fit true to size. All I can say is, "I'm in love with the Bondi9's."

The HOKA quality one expects - unfortunately if you order the ASTER the foam sole is NOT the Aster color - as pictured. It is white. Very disappointed. I would normally give 5 stars. Will be returning.
