Cushioning was great, sadly toes going numb although I got a wide, my usual width, and went up half a size. Will return and get extra wide.

Shoes fell larger and wider. The arch support is excellent and what I need. The shoes look really clunky on my feet (makes me look like I have HUGE feet).

Great buy! Exactly what I was hoping for!

Initially receiving these shoes and putting them on, I felt like I was walking on clouds. I quickly realized though that I had to loosen the laces SUBSTANTIALLY as my feet felt like they were being squished and my toes felt a little tingly. I wear a size 7 regular. My feet aren’t wide, in fact I’d say narrow. I do have high arches. The shoes felt long enough but pretty tight across the top of the foot. I walked around a while more (indoors), and also felt like my feet were leaning outward, although looking at them in the mirror, they seemed to look normal. They just weren’t worth taking a chance on, especially for the cost. I have a bad knee and a 12k marathon coming up so I really wanted these to work out for me. Unfortunately I had to return them.

Feel great.

Expecting like Bandi 8 since Bandi 8 discontinued but felt uncomfortable. Disappointing

The Hoka Bondi is a great shoe. This review is only to comment on the sizing just in case someone can benefit from my experience. I'm a 65 year old woman and have a Hoka men's shoe in a 11.5. It is a bit big, even with an extra insole in it. The heel has always slipped a bit when walking. So I decided to try a women's 12. This shoe was a bit too short on me so I ordered a men's 11. The sizing table was not much help on this. It turned out that in the Bondi, the Women's 12 and the Men's 11 are exactly the same, measured in the inside and on the outside. So... I ordered the 11.5 men's Bondi, even though my other men's Hoka in 11.5 was too big. It turned out that the men's 11.5 was 1/4 in longer which was exactly what I needed, and not really any wider which was my concern. Perfect fit and no heel slippage even if it took so many tries.

The Bondi 9 run more narrow than previous versions. The ride is also not as soft, but it is still very protective. Wide base makes it stable and accommodates orthotics. Definitely a win at the sale price!
