Very comfortable shoe. Not as soft as the Clifton 10. More firm, but still comfortable.

Unfortunately, I didn't keep this shoe because the toe box was a little too narrow and it rubbed on my bunionettes. Also, they were not cushiony enough against the bottoms of my feet. I have neuropathy and need a supportive shoe, but it also needs to be soft against the bottoms of my feet.

First time having platform height tennis shoes. They are very cushy, with a wide tread, comfortable, and seem to be helping to alleviate the planters fasciitis that I bought them for. It is hard to find 4e wide shoes so pleased the Bondi was able to meet said requirement. When walking the tread is noisy on concrete compared to my Brooks and when driving because of the extra wide tread, I find my foot hangs up a little bit when I transition from pedal to pedal versus my Brooks, so something to be careful about. Overall, so far a positive experience.

Bought these for my partner. In the Bondi 8 he wore a 2E, but in these we had to exchange for 4E so they appear to be narrower than the older style.

Probably a great shoe for some people, but I unfortunately found it to be way too narrow.

The shoe was short versus my other running shoe and was too narrow for my foot, needed more toe room.

Good upgrade from Bondi 8. Although I got EE width they feel very tight on sides, some would say a lot of support.

Should have gotten half size larger. Feels a bit too tight.

Too much arch, was uncomfortable after 5 minutes of wearing. The width of 4E mens was good, which is hard to find, but the uncomfortable arch was why had to return.

Loved the look, but too firm. I need a bit more cushioning to help my knees. I have been using Brooks Cascadia and Glycerine for years but the previous Cascadias were more cushioned.

This shoe is very comfortable

A little small. Also in less than 10 days developed a small tear in fabric near one of the eyelets.

They took a little getting used to due to the amount of "squish" compared to shoes with a firmer sole, but once adjusted they are very comfortable.

This is a very 'soft' shoe. LOTS of cushioning! Perhaps a bit TOO much.

After trying a friend's Bondi 8's and finding them especially comfortable, I attempted to find a pair in extra-wide to compensate for chronic foot issues, but was unsuccessful. Instead, I ordered a pair of Bondi 9's, purported to improve upon an already exemplary shoe. I'm sure they are in many ways superior, but my feet were not impressed. The toe box is MUCH narrower and the size 9.5, already one size larger than my foot, felt extremely tight even after loosening the laces. Regrettably I had to return them.

Bondi 9s are way too narrow at the toe. My bondi 8s were way better.

The size seems to be right, but it’s too narrow and it feels tight on my foot. I think I just need a wider shoe and then these would be just fine.

Felt too big & bulky overall

Tight/snug/uncomfortable to wear for any amount of time. All my other shoes of this size are comfortable. Wish I had ordered a wide or a size larger.

I used to be able to reliably order Hoka shoes in a consistent size. However, Hoka has changed it's "fit" and I'm no longer able to wear them because they are narrower in the toe box area. Have switched to Topo brand which has wider toe box and I can reliably order the same size in the same style and expect the fit to work.

Unfortunately, the Bondi 9.5 x wide felt narrower than the Bondi 9 x wide. Had to return them. Very disappointed. This means for the cushioning needed, Hoka no longer makes it wide enough.
