The support walls around the ankle of these shoes do not have much (any) padding are are fairly stiff. They ride high on the inside ankle (where the last laces are) toward the ankle and hit my ankle ball (Medial Malleolus?) while walking, which makes it sore. These would be the perfect shoe for me if they just didn't rub my ankle. Several models of ON shoes do this unfortunately. Other brand shoes have soft padding which is never an issue.

Felt like the heel would collapse out from under me on one side. Consistant on both shoes, so it seems by design. Totally a no-go.

These shoes seemed to be good in the beginning, but after wearing a while they began to squeak.....not just a little, every step! They are unwearable because they are so embarassing!

Not grand but good shoe option for light road to gravel trail/ roads.

Very Comfortable and Durable materials and outsole suitable for hard pack trails and gravel.

Very good shoe for light trails and gravel areas, the shallow lug depth can't handle technical areas. Very useful for road to trail efforts, also good for casual use.

Everything was spot on with this shoe, no regrets. Very good Investment.

I’ve owned a lot of Ons over the last 10 years or so and am always blown away how comfortable they are right out of the box. No breaking-in period, no tightness, or hot spots causing blisters. It’s a perfect, comfortable, stylish fit every time.

These are quite possibly the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever had. The heel cushion is fantastic and the angle your foot is on is just perfect for me. I love them.

The fit was perfect and the shoes function as designed except that after six months they started to squeak in the heels. First the right shoe after that the left. Walking was like stepping on a rubber ducky. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. I had On shoes before but this one is the worse.

I own four pairs of OC shoes. These felt at least a size smaller than my other pairs. Very tight!

Heel and ankle support were not there.

After using them for several workouts, walks and a few runs- these shoes developed a squeak every time I took a step. At first it was just the right shoe, then both started doing it. I sounded like a clown walking in the gym.

I have had a lot of On Clouds and these have been the first disappointing ones. The sole has totally collapsed on the outside of the shoes causing my foot to roll outward when I’m wearing them. So disappointed in how these shoes have worn. I would definitely not get them again.
