These shoes came to me without the original box/packaging and no tags and are not true to the size from what I tried on in-store, but now I can’t return them since I don’t have the bag Amazon sent them in. I’m out $175! Not a happy customer.

Didn't like these at first. They felt tight and strange at the front. Probably had something to do with the crossover. Changed the laces to elastic-style and it made all the difference! Love them now. Highly recommend changing the laces, though.

Nice shoe, seems a lil wider than I had hoped. Ordering and shipping process was fine. Recommend!

Fit and sizing were true to size, but the top lip of the heel dug in pretty hard to the Achilles. The way it’s stitched + the neoprene like material didn’t make me confident it would stretch or bend over time. Returned for a different ON style.

Shoes look great, but there's no padding around the back. As much as I want to like them, I can't wear them for more than a few hours without starting to get blisters on the back of my feet. I thought it was just a matter of wearing them in, but...it doesn't ever get any better.

The shoes fit well but after owning them for 5 months, the soles did not provide support and they squeaked when I walked. These shoes were not heavily used during this time. I bought the shoes for a two week vacation in Europe as I wanted something that was stylish and good for walking. I used them for two weeks on vacation where I did a lot of walking throughout the day. After returning from home they were worn for general use, mainly on the weekends. I did not use them for regular walks or running as I have shoes specifically for that purpose. I like the look of these shoes but they did not hold up.

Fit was fine. Squeak was bad. Left and right. Heel and toe squeeks, both shoes. Internet advertised sandpaper trick worked for a week. Then back to squeaking. Been 4 months and still squeaky. Do a little research. I found others have the issue with Cloud X as well.

I bought these shoes for a once-per-week 12 hour shift on hard floors. Most modern athletic shoes are comfortable out of the box so I was surprised to develop blisters on the back of my heels after the first shift. The shoes eventually broke in after another shift or two (I had to wait a week or two to wear them again) but I'm not a fan of the lack of padding around the heal. After a few shifts the shoes were fine, not amazingly comfortable but fine. After about four months the right shoe developed an audible squeak. Every step. From the right heel. Carpet or smooth floors it didn't matter. It made me self conscious walking down quiet hallways because surely other people could hear the squeak. After a couple months I couldn't stand it any longer and stopped wearing the shoes. Before throwing them out I emailed On to see if they would replace the shoes under warranty. "On Happiness Delivery" responded that squeaking was caused by conditions beyond their control and recommended I remove the insoles so the shoes could dry more thoroughly. In conclusion: Zappos is great as always. On says that squeaking is acceptable to them. A speaking shoe is not acceptable to me therefore I will not be buying On again in the future. This is my third pair of On shoes, I especially like the slip on Cloud 5 because I'm lazy but there is nothing outstanding about the shoes. The shoes are comfortable but a lot of shoes are comfortable. The large holes and crevices collect rocks. Overall they will be easily replaced with another brand and won't be missed.

Love the look and feel. Within 2 months of occasional use, soles began squeaking. Would not buy again.

I was really excited to order these for my husband, and bring him to the “next level” of athletic shoes. That lasted for a short time. The style is beautiful, but the comfort and quality are not there, especially for the high price point. He said the pair of socks he wore with the shoes had to be just right to be comfortable, and a hole was worn in the inside heel in less than 3 months of wear. I am returning.

These were more comfortable than my regular X4. I liked the higher heel. Can feel the weird material when you been you foot. Definitely not for me

A bad shoe shoe for me. The entire shoe is made from a hard canvas like material with little to no padding of any kind. The X-laces are extremely difficult to tighten, especially the toe box area. Also, do not purchase this unless you have a high arch and a rigid foot because it has a very unstable sole. If you have low arches, it feels like you're walking on a pontoon bridge.
