I like these. Theyre really comfortable, feel good running pavement, and treadmill. I havent tried them on dirt yet. 7.5 was perfect for me. I like support without feeling like Im running on marshmallows. I typically wear size 8 Brooks Ghost 15. I have a high arch, underpronate on my right foot, neutral left. My heel is skinny but the ball of my foot is wide-ish. Its hard to find good running shoes!
