Best cushioned shoes, been using them as my work shoes for a few years now, I upgrade to the newest model every time now.

Bought these two weeks ago and so far they are the comfiest shoes Ive ever had. Super light weight and the cushioning is amazing. I have flat feet and they have been great for me so far.

They are bigger fitting than the 25 and 26 in the toe area. Not a fan of that.

Thought this would be a good upgrade from Cumulus 26. Not so. The outsole is terribly stiff/hard/loud. I had a fresh case of runner's knee immediately after my first run. Do not buy these as an experiment. If they're your thing, go right ahead.

something stiff in the achilles area that has worn a spot on my heel and through the shoe. Zappos says they only take back unused shoes but how would I know it was defective until I wore them. Not acceptable.

For the price I would expect better quality. Felt cheap and there was cushion, but not in a supportive way. Wouldn't recommend - especially at this price point.

I have had the ASICS Gel Nimbus for a few years now, with my most recent being the Nimbus 26. I LOVED the Gel-Nimbus 26 and was excited to get the Nimbus 27's. Trying them on these are completely uncomfortable. The toe box feel more narrow to the point it hurts my toes. The material is also much less giving and supple than the Nimbus 26's. Overall I am completely disappointed and will continue to try to find the 26's on other websites.
I honestly don't understand the point of redesigning the fit of an already amazing shoe. Hopefully they make it right in the future.
