Asics GEL-Nimbus 27 shoes have flimsy uppers. The toe upper area is constructed of unsupportive fabric. These shoes are clearly not desirable for narrow feet or for feet that need support.

The ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 felt very tight and constrictive everywhere. After several minutes my feet were actually feeling a little numb. The length seemed fine but the overall construction of the shoe was too confining for me. The toe box is too narrow. The cushioning is okay, but any comfort there was counter-acted by the numbness in my toes because they were so constricted.

This is not the usual narrow Asics shoe...way to wide. Overall, the shoe felt much bigger than previous Asics of the same size.

I bought them because of the social media hype but at the end they are just some very mediocre shoes. Not very soft, not high enough for the look, and not feel very comfortable. Returned.

I’m really struggling with these. The fabric on this gen of gel nimbus and the sole is just not as supportive as the 25. I had three pairs of 25 and now 3 of the 27. The sole does not hold up as long. The sole footbed is more narrow. And the fabric does not hold up the same. I notice that I pronate in these!
I also ordered them in the light sage color and after wearing for a whole day realized it way smaller than the black pair and fawn pair I own. I’m very disappointed in the lack of consistency!

They were a little narrow for the D wide I ordered. At first the shies were comfortable but in a few months the cushion support did not hold up

Sadly, have to return these. I wear orthotics and my left heel was slipping out causing my sock to slide off my heel. I have two pairs of the Gel Nimbus 26 and they're perfect. Ordering another pair and returning the 27s. I really wanted these to work.

I've worn Gel-Kayanos for years and wanted to try something cushier. Now I love my Gel-Nimbus 26 and wanted another color. There was only one choice, so I ordered a 27. Unfortunately, both the cushioning and fit are different than the 26. There seems to be less cushioning in the ball of the foot where I like it, and the toe box seems slightly narrower - to a point where it irritates my big toe. I returned them.

I really enjoy the comfort after you break them in! My only complaint is they are not slip resistant! I am a nurse and almost broke my neck from slipping ! For the price , they should be slip resistant.

Super comfy for healthcare workers. I had shin splints and tired feet and went to A Snails Pace for a foot scan. Turns out I needed a wide shoe with more support. I tried these on and immediately felt the difference. Im never wearing another shoe at work. These are pricey but worth it

I always get this shoe, for 20+ years. This is the first pair that has given me issue. The fabric around the top chafes my skin. The fabric on the tongue and around front of ankel rubs to the point of bleeding. Super weird and uncomfortable. Obviously I can wear different socks, but I've never had to. Hopefully this is a one time problem and you use quality fabric again in the future. Thanks.

the shoe is ok. I wear inserts and because of that, the shoes make a loud squeaking noise when I walk. Some years the gel shoe makes noise and some it doesn't. You used to make a shoe slightly wider(not to the point of wide width) that took care of this problem.
