Muchorefer Magic Speed 2. The 4 is much less flexible and much harder to run full out in. Also, much tighter and a little bit more narrow in the width which bothered the top of my foot.

A bit more width in toe box and this would be perfect. I wear it for every kind of run. Soft but responsive, great rocker and so light! Reminds me of a lighter Glideride with a touch less toe spring. I prefer a roll to a bounce and this just keeps rolling. Please dont change this one!!

Nice upgrade from my Saucony Endrophin Speed 3s, my previous go-to for speed work and half marathon distance. I ended up finding ASICS Metaspeed Edge+ (never tried their Paris version) too harsh for my feet but the way these Magic Speeds are constructed, this carbon plate feels better, hardly feel it with the nice cushioning. Have only used for a few speed workouts but so far so good! Feels light, cushy enough but not unstable, promotes good toe-off, overall a great peppy shoe so far.

Loved the look and first they did feel very comfortable. Even running in them felt okay on the feet but unfortunately I developed posterior tibialis tendinitis with these shoes. So wasnt a good fit for me.

I bought these for interval training. At first I wasn't impressed and it's very difficult to get your foot into this shoe. Also the shoe laces are too short if you tie a runners loop, typical Asics problem.
But after about 50km the shoe got "broken in". I find myself grabbing these more and more for speed and interval sessions.
The shoe ran hard at first for a shoe with so much cushioning, but gets softer as the km's increase.
Definitely not a marathon shoe, more for 5km-21km fast sessions.
Overall it is a good shoe that really grows on you.

Long time magic speed fan. This shoe feels completely reinvented and more like the Metaspeed. Love the safety yellow, havent fell in love with the shoe.
