Nice looking sneaker BUT the tongue of the shoe is sewn the full length, which made it too difficult for me to get my foot into.

Wide was too wide for me, so went with 1/2 size larger in length and medium width for a better fit. Like the style.

the shoes had no support at all and the arch was not there. I couldn't walk in them.

Comfortable and solid shoe for exercise. And cute too!

The shoe was great in length and width but it's top high on my ankles.

I really liked these shoes except the heel rubbed too much. I wore around the house for the day & had red marks from the heel. The rest of the shoe fit and looked great. Sadly, had to return.

Look nice, minimal support.

These look like dressy sneakers, which I love, but since they're fabric rather than leather, there is very little support if doing a day of touring.

I've worn New Balance for years. In recent times, something has changed with their design and shape of their shoes. I've always fit exactly right into a 9Wide. This pair feel narrow in the toe box, yet the heel doesn't grip well (because of the Wide fit.) So it's a return.

Darling shoe but the toe box seems to be cut oddly. This was true for several NB shoes that I ordered and returned. Just walking around in them as a try in I felt that my big toe would soon be uncomfortable and rubbing. The length and width seemed 'correct' but the shoe just seems to be made in a different way.

The tongue is attached, so it feels a little like a boot.

I always wear a 10.5 in New Balance and have several other pairs. But this pair was WAAAYY TOO SMALL?!?

Because the tongue does not disconnect from the rest of the shoe, I found it impossible to get my foot into it. Disappointing because I really liked the color and style.

Unfortunately, I've worn NB for years and have the same size foot for too many to count, the last 3 pairs, including this one are too small. I called CS and she did say this model is more narrow. I find that really disappointing as they are known to be more generous in room. All the others are not styles I care for. Too bulky. I'm sorry but a lot look like you could have an issue that requires you to have a lift in your shoe. Too much
