I've been wearing NB for 20+ years at the recommendation of a foot specialist, and I've never had an issue. This sneaker is exactly the same style/size that I've had for 3 years but I needed an new pair. It's actually cut 1.5 sizes smaller than marked and there's no flexibility at all. So utterly disappointing.

Comfortable and fits well. My only complaint is that these are the squeakiest sneakers I’ve ever owned.

Weird placement of arch too far back. It is wider than most NB widespread. Too much room for me- returning them

Thought I would try another pair of New Balance, the last pair I had were so comfortable, these are as well! Super soft foot bed, could use some more arch support but that’s my only con.

The best walking shoes I've found. Last a long time and super comfortable straight out of the box. I really hope NB never stops making this line of shoe.

Love these shoes! Very pretty color, comfortable, good support. I enjoy getting a new pair of NB fresh foam. Great for short or long walks, runs or gym workouts.

The New Balance are a great shoe. I have about 5 pairs. I but them and replace the insoles with a good insole. These shoes are really cool, comfortable and long lasting. I but them in a half a size larger than I buy a street shoe. I like room in the toe box and need extra room for orthotics. Love my NB

The shoes were comfortable the moment I put them on and needed no breaking in. They feel structured enough and supportive.

Very cute style just to tight on my wide foot

The problem is the stitched in tongue. The elastic connecting the tongue was too tight on the left shoe so that I couldn't get the shoe on, even though the rest of the shoe was true to size. This is a serious design flaw, and I think that New Balance has ruined their perfectly wonderful shoes with stitched in tongues. I hate them! I also wish that the shoe description had specifically stated that the tongue was stitched in.

Wide fit is not wide. Cushion is not substantial for what I expect from fresh foam. Heel fits well.
