These were "OK" - but not great. I finally decided I needed to return them. The toe box felt narrower than it should for a WW shoe. It's very hard for me to find shoes that fit (I have several foot issues, including the WW size, which many brands don't even make - so it is disappointing with a supposedly WW shoe doesn't quite feel like it truly is.

A spongy feeling, like walking on a cloud. I wish it had more support on the sides, as I have a problem with pronation. I cannot comment on the wear of the sole of the shoe, since it's new. I hope it holds up under the wear and tear of power-walking. The shoe sits firmly on the ground, and my footing feels secure. I usually wear the New Balance 990v5, which are the best, and they're built strong, but they don't come in the color white.

My feet like New Balance! These fit true to size and are very comfortable. I have worn New Balance for years. For my last pair of shoes, I decided to try another brand due to all the hype, and my feet never felt right in them. I said it was time to go back to New Balance, and I am so happy I did. I will stick to New Balance from now on.

Love the bright yellow color for summer wear. Feels very cushiony and springy. My gait is a bit different as a result--unsure if that will be an issue at this point. Have worn New Balance products for over 2 decades and been pleased with them, mainly because I have wide feet and they fit perfectly with a comfortable toe box.

I just about live in V12 of this shoe - bought several pairs but can no longer find. The great thing about this version is that the D width provided plenty of width and depth to make the shoe comfortble. With having had surgery on both feet, and a metal plate on one, the space made them perfect - along with the cushioning that helped avoid some previous plantar fasciitis issues. With at least the V14 and later, NB decided to make an attached tongue - which added pressure to the foot. Also with the V15 it has less depth (height) for the top of the foot making it even more uncomfortable. I did find a V14 pair but the colors are ones that I'd care for. I tried the "grey" and they should have called it "white". It would look filthy after a couple of wears - so now I'm looking for a different shoe.

After wearing H'a's for so long, I thought it time for a change. Enter New Balance 880. This was a perfect pick for me! Size 8 1/2 Wide is true to size. My orthotics are pretty high and wide so these New Balance are the perfect fit for me. I'm ordering another pair in black! Thanks, Zappos for selling a very fine foot!

The left foot fit perfect but because my right foot curves there was a lot of pressure on the big toe. I really liked the cushion in the shoe.

Very cute shoes but have to return because too much arch support. If you have flatish feet these would be perfect!

Arrived on time, correct size, amazing fit. I am thrilled with the purchase.

Really not too happy with these shoes. I don't have much choice left to me in shoes anymore as I have very narrow feet. In a lot of cases I have to settle for what I can get to stay on my feet. I also have to take a large size and had to order a 10 1/2. All shoes usually look cute in a size 6 these look more like clown shoes. Like I said I have to take what I can keep on my feet.

I needed a half size larger, although that wasn't available, so I ordered a full size larger. It seems to be fine with a full size larger. I also definitely needed the double extra wide shoes.

These are super comfy. The sole is a little "klunky" but the comfort makes it worth it. My only complaint is the color of the laces ran into the shoes on a rainy day....makes them look dirty. Disappointed at this price that shouldn't happen

I’ve had these two months and have been getting blisters on my feet since wearing them. These are the only thing new. Zappos is stating that I can’t return because I don’t have the original packaging, but didn’t expect to get blisters! Don’t buy these!

These shoes make you feel like you are walking on a cloud they're so comfortable and supportive

The New Balance Fresh Foam X 880 v15 cuts into my ankles when I walk or jog. These shoes are being returned because of the discomfort. Compared with New Balance Fresh Foam in previous years, the fit of the X 880 is shorter.

Nice shoes, comfortable, but my toes hit the end which is not a good sign, since there is no room for foot swelling as you wear them for an extended period of time.

Instant comfort and wore them all day the first time I wore them.

Not only was the shoes received too small. They had been previously worn! Returning.

Pretty much the same as V14. Very cushy. I have a very narrow foot and high arch. The 2A is wider than Brooks. There is very little arch support and I found my ankle rotating inward.

Bought for sister, she likes it alot

Just tried them on and the shoe feels great.There are definitely some downgrades in detail styling from my previous pair. We’ll see how this pair does on the road.

LOVE these. I have wide feet and ordered a 9D and they're perfect. Super comfortable right out of the box. They don't rub anywhere or need to be broken in. Took off 2 stars for style because I really dislike the ginormous soles, BUT that's all they're making now so I have to conform until the styles change again. Thanks Zappos!

These new NB sneakers are perfect for my regular walks and running around to do errands. There's more than enough arch support, comfort, and style for my wider, middle-aged, battered feet. My usual size up to a 9 in sneaks and boots fit beautifully with no breaking in discomfort.

My go-to shoes in the latest updated version. PERFECT !

I really wanted these to work - they're really cute! But, my normal size 9 1/2 EE no longer fits like it used to. The shoes are, unfortunately too short and too narrow.
