Size was true enough to fit, but the length and shallowness of the toe box makes them uncomfortable if you have both short toes and a very high arch

I have 2 pairs of this 880, mainly because I could not find any other athletic shoe with these preferred features: low toe drop, round toe, no stupid rocker design, arch in the right place (tho it needs more of an arch contour), even cushion from heel to toe - no huge speed bump of cushion under the ball of the foot. And, since the regular Wide width is narrower this year, I got the X-Wide which is perfect for my C-D width feet. Also, there's plenty of vertical room if you have dorsal bunions like I do. The only minor criticism is that they're so soft in the cushion you feel like you're ankles & feet aren't quite supported enough laterally. But there's ample room for custom orthotics or other arch supports.

Love these. I run with comfort and stability. Happy with these! Recommend if you are looking for stability and light but sturdy feel.

Perfect fit! My feet are soo happy! Got fitted at Fleet Feet but the didn’t have the NB880v15 in the color I wanted. Came home ordered from Xappis and voila- love them!

I have always worn New Balance. My last 2 were Fresh Foams. I need a new pair and have ordered 4. One of the things that sold me on NB was the generous toe box. It no longer seems to exist. All of these new pairs that I ordered were quiet narrow and all have been returned. I even tried a wide width but it was way too wide. So I guess my search for a new pair will move to another brand.

I've worn other New Balance shoes and the wides have been perfect. The 880V15 was way too narrow. If you wear a wide you might want to try the extra wides. The wides felt like a standard width. Also, the depth wasn't deep enough and really put pressure on the top of my feet.

I have ordered these shoes in black for several years. A couple of months ago, I ordered it in pink, but I sent them back because I thought they made my feet look too big. So, I ordered them again in black. I just wish they had a bit of color somewhere on the shoe, but it is not a deal breaker for me because these shoes are so comfortable. They have a large toe box that I need, but around the heel is not big which I definitely need for my narrow heels. I do hope New Balance continues making this shoe because they fit my feet so well.

They were all off. Ordered xwide. Could get foot in so sent back night larger size I could get them on but I felt unstable.
