When I opened the box, I couldn't believe the shoes were dirty, and it was obvious that they had already been worn by someone. I paid alot of money for these I couldn't believe the shape they are in. I have ordered from Zappos for years, and this is the first time it has happened to me. They are on their way back!! Just unacceptable.

This is my second pair of this style & it is still super comfortable. I didn't realize how much I needed new sneakers until I put these on -- the support & cushioning is amazing! The color was a bit more lavendar than I realized, but still looks good. Going a half-size up from my normal size fit perfectly, but I find that to be the case with most sneakers. I have a very low arch & have found New Balance to be the best shoes for my feet. Highly recommend!

I have several of these Fresh Foam 1080 from a few years ago. I agree they have changed sizing. I had to go up 1/2 size in length because the toe box is way to shallow for a normal foot and my toe was rubbing at the top of the shoe with the size I wore previously. Other than that the shoe seems to be well made and comfortable, but you might need to size up 1/2 size. I did.

It's hard to find narrow running tennis shoes and New Balance is my go to shoe, never disappoints, ( I wear a 10.5 3A in regular shoes). The fit it great for me, I have extremely narrow heels (especially my rt. heel) and I swear by the runner's tie and my only complaint is the shoelaces could be longer to accommodate the tie to keep my heel from slipping. Comfortable and makes my run great. Would definitely recommend.

Most comfortable sneaker ever. I have multiple pairs in different colors. And they look less clunky than some other running shoes if you wear a large size.

I usually order Hoka Bondi but these were on sale and so glad I got them. Very comfortable, looking forward to wearing for long walks and runs!

I have hallus limitus (mild arthritis of the big toe) and I need shoes that provide good toe spread and a good rocker with less toe bend to them. This New Balance 880 v15 fits the bill perfectly. Very comfortable , good support, great width for toes without being too wide and perfect amount of cushion. I cannot recommend them enough! I purchased the very light muted green color and they are a nice option to just white or grey.

I have ordered an extra wide twice for this shoe. Twice I have received a wide and not an extra wide. My brace does not fit in a wide.

the 880 continues to provide great padding and support. My go-choice for walking shoe. I generally wear a 10 but in this shoe I need an 11.

I've been wearing the various versions of new balance fresh foam x880 for years and this newest version feels just as good as previous ones. Supportive and like walking on clouds. The width is nicely a bit roomier than other shoes. Great fit.

My feet like New Balance! These fit true to size and are very comfortable. I have worn New Balance for years. For my last pair of shoes, I decided to try another brand due to all the hype, and my feet never felt right in them. I said it was time to go back to New Balance, and I am so happy I did. I will stick to New Balance from now on.

Love the bright yellow color for summer wear. Feels very cushiony and springy. My gait is a bit different as a result--unsure if that will be an issue at this point. Have worn New Balance products for over 2 decades and been pleased with them, mainly because I have wide feet and they fit perfectly with a comfortable toe box.
